"We drove by Marley's several times during our stay and finally chose a nice somewhat warm day to dine alfresco. They have an amazing menu and feature various special daily . Our lunch consisted of the Shrimp burger which was succulent, and the portion was very generous. I highly recommend it. My spouse had the Blackened Cod Fish Sandwich and loved every bite of the fish sandwich, a side of onion rings was added to the sandwich at an extra cost and they were very good. I only wish we were in HHI so we could have experienced had another meal at Marley's."

"I went to the new location upon an early opening when they weren't cleared for their license yet so can't comment on the alcohol but they seemed to have a great selection. They offered us complimentary glasses of wine which I thought was wonderful andtasted quite good. I got the rosemary thyme chicken and cauliflower side and I will say the cauliflower was much more satisfyingthan the chicken. Perfectly charred and the citrus notes worked well in the cauliflower. However the menu stated the chickencame with mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and a gravy which I thought sounded amazing and what led me to pick that. However,the server never said anything about the dish being completely different upon ordering it nor when I received it. I wouldn'thave cared much or thought it was a big deal, likely would've chosen something else, but the lack of transparency and notcommunicating was a bit strange. I decided to try it anyways, the yucca fries were good but I could barely eat the chicken. Itwas well seasoned but pink on the inside and couldn't stomach eating it. It didn't look like it wasn't cooked all the way- notreally sure what it was, but wholly unappetizing. My two friends ordered the grouper and raved about it, it lookedincredible! Overall, 3/5 stars. Disappointed with my food and the lack of communication about it but the overall service wasgood and a nice welcoming atmosphere. I don't know that I'll try it again but glad I got to."

"Kicking myself for not going here sooner! One of my favorite quick comfort meals is lemon rice soup and Greek salad. Called it in, it was ready when I got there, and the gentleman working the register (I think he may have been the owner? was so kind and friendly. I will definitely be back next time I'm craving soup and salad"

"My wife and I used to frequent here extremely regularly a decade ago. Was our favorite. We moved too far to pick up so we stopped going.Getting it for the first time today, we were excited. Unfortunately, we were let down.My chicken was the driest chicken I've ever had. It's was stringy and tasted old. I cut a piece open and there wasn't any chicken to be found??? So gross. I threw it away. The General Tso sauce was actually really good so that made the dish even more disappointing since it was not edible.My wife's boneless chicken had little to no taste. Not like she remembered. Fried rice was very mediocre.Maybe I got a bad batch? I don't know but it definitely ranked very high on the worst take out food I've ever had."

"This restaurant is extremely disorganized! They don't have consistent hours and open and close whenever they feel like it. I've never been able to reach them by phone to ask about their hours. I have no idea who runs this place or what's going on, but it has gone from being an average family restaurant to a real disappointment. There's a lack of updates and maintenance, both inside and out, which is very apparent. There's not much positive to say about this place anymore. I really don’t understand how they’re still in business; perhaps this is why they have such erratic hours. I definitely suggest looking elsewhere for dining options."

"At first, I was rendered speechless by the dining experience. The one word that came to mind afterwards was "amazing." Just when I was on the verge of giving up on Chinese cuisine, I decided to try the C16 General Tso's Chicken Special Combo Platter and the C17 Sesame Chicken Special Combo Platter, and I was not disappointed. The chicken was crispy and packed with flavor, and the rice was equally delicious. The egg roll was fresh, crispy, and utterly delightful. It transported me back 25 years to my childhood, enjoying Chinese food with my family on a Friday night while watching TV. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you."

"Service wasn’t good. We weren’t gien menus when seated, but other tables seated after us were given menus. We didn’t know who our waiter was as if we were never acknowledged. It took forever to just order drinks. The portions were small and not of good quality. It was as if it was prepared and tasted as if it came out of a cafeteria. Even the ice cream dessert was unappetizing. Our experience was not good whatsoever, and we will not be dining at this restaurant again."

"Wow! We found another seafood place that we can escape to, here! It's not a fancy schmancy restaurant so don't worry if you wear jeans and T-shirts. Just wear something. Don't come here naked and afraid. That's all. Our waitress was Gina, busy, friendly, and knew what she was doing. Other workers were well trained. They're quick to do what's next. We ordered our favorite steamers. We love steamers, so if you don't know what that is, it's a clam family, but you eat it with your hand by opening the outer part of the skin, dip it into the water on the side bowl, and then dip it into a butter cup, then eat it. I hardly do the second dip because I like steamers as is, no butter! Then, we went above and beyond and over the top by ordering stuffed lobster with crab meat. We also had a broiled combination platter. We chose Angel hair pasta in garlic and oil to accompany the entree. The lobster was amazing! To be honest, we didn't need the crab meat in a lobster because their stuffing was already very incredible. With the above-mentioned meals, who would be disappointed? We're happy! 100% satisfactory!"

However, after seeing many friends order the Garlic Buffalo Wings I feel inclined to share that it will not be what you expect especially after having BWW’s. It is less hot and less garlicky. "Overall, everything about this place — from the awful food to the unhelpful staff and the clueless manager — was disappointing and a total waste of money. I barely touched my meal, showed the manager the gray eggs and the rot, but she only refunded me $2 out of the $24 I spent. Both of our plates were full, and even though I didn't eat anything, she insisted on charging me for the few bites I took. There was no proper waitress service, and when I attempted to explain the situation to the manager, she just said I should have come up to tell them sooner. What did she think I was doing? It was incredibly frustrating."

"Visiting Key West for a week earlier this month, we wanted a nice dinner close to our hotel on the east end of the island new town , where the choices are limited because most of the restaurants are in the downtown area on the western end old town . Numerous venues came up on a Yelp search, most of which we dismissed because they were either chain-type fastfood or had some negative factors. Matt 's was down the list, possibly because it 's on Stock Island, not the main Key West island. We decided to give it a chance. It 's in the Perry Hotel Marina. It was a good choice. Even though it was a Friday evening, the dining room was nearly empty. Whatever the reason, it wasn 't food or service. My wife tried the she crab soup and said it was very good, while I had the tuna tartare appetizer--excellent. For entree I chose the yellow snapper grits, and it was really good. My wife wanted something not on the menu, shrimp grits. She described what she wanted to our server, who asked the chef whether he could do it, and he was game. It came and she pronounced it very good, thoroughly enjoying it. There was enough for her to take some leftover with us. I had some a couple of nights later at our hotel our suite had a full kitchen , and she was right. I can recommend Matt 's Stock Island Kitchen unreservedly. Prices are reasonable."

"Food was well prepared and tasted great. However the service was subpar. The restaurant was not very busy and we were there for almost 2 hours. During that time I was the first person there and I only got one beer, waiter may have came around every 15 or so minutes to check on us and refill the waters but never offered us another drink. I got there 45 minutes before happy hour was over and never got asked if I would like another beer even though I was finished with mine 15 minutes before it was done."
