"This is a great restaurant we paid for a family escape package which included dinner and breakfast at the latest recipe! Both dinner breakfast were fantastic! Quality choice of food were great! Staff were very helpful and obliging nothing was too much trouble! <br/ <br/ Dinner was a buffet and had everything from sashimi/sushi/fresh oysters/dim sum/curry/Chinese/asain/Indian and fabulous puddings and fresh fruit not to forget the chocolate fountain! <br/ <br/ Breakfast also a buffet and again I didn’t want for anything but smoked salmon and on request it was promptly brought to me!<br/ <br/ I can not fault this restaurant hope to return sometime soon"

"This is the best Indian food place in CO by far! Biki has always taken amazing care of us, great service always with a big smile! Biki has even made us special hot sauces since we like our food spicy! He goes above and beyond to spoil us, it’s like we’re at someone’s home! Janae is the best bar tendress in town!! "Google won 't let me give ZERO star rating for this filthy place. This is the worst and the most unhygienic places I have been into jersey city.We were served breads in a very old UNCLEANED basket which was clearly not washed in months. When I complained about this to the staff (two persons, one at a time), the literally laughed and took the container and went away. The other acted like he was on the phone and just went away. This was very very unacceptable, rude behavior and wrost customer service.This is the so called responsive staff members they have. I will not be visiting this place ever in my life. If you wanna have unhygienic, contaminated and filthy food, then go to this restaurant.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE."

"Buyer beware! Not allergy friendly!! We ordered through Door Dash last night and wasted $40 on food that was inedible. My family has a dairy allergy and I clearly requested in my order that each item be gluten free, vegan and mild. Upon receiving the order I thought it looked suspicious so I called to check and sure enough these dishes contain dairy! Also the peas pilau was freezing cold as if they forgot to heat the dish before sending (which also means they likely microwave to go food in styrofoam! . At first I thought the peas pilau was supposed to be served chilled but the fellow on the phone Nandu confirmed it should have been heated and also confirmed that despite my requests the majority of our food contained dairy. He was quite abrupt and did not apologize or offer to correct any of the errors. Seemed like he just wanted me off the phone and didn't care that they ruined our dinner, wasted our money, and could have made my family very sick by including dairy in our food despite the notes on the order. The one dish which supposedly did not contain dairy was the Mushroom Mutter but even this was disappointing as the veggies tasted old like they came from cans and it was very spicy for a dish that was requested mild. So many problems with this order, makes me question everything about this restaurant. If they are not careful with preparing the food, then how careful are they when cleaning and sanitizing their kitchen?? I am completely dissatisfied with the food and customer service. I was not offered a refund or replacement or even an apology! Such a frustrating experience and a total waste of time and money."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly service. The samosas were absolutely delicious, and the Chicken Tikka Masala, Pineapple Lamb, Garlic Basil Naan, and Paswari Naan were all excellent selections. They also have a full bar, featuring Indian whiskey. The dining area is quite spacious, with around 25 tables, along with a banquet room. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary rice pudding for dessert. The prices are very reasonable, and we've definitely discovered a new favorite place to dine frequently."

"The veg dinner for two is a great deal, but make sure they give you everything that comes with it! Last night I ordered take out, only to come home and realize they hadn 't included the raita, and also forgot to include one of my favorite sauces! : : Ironic, too, as the cashier exclaimed that I had ordered a lot of food! :P The *best* deal is to dine in, because then tea is included, as well as those papadum chips which are not included when you order take out. It is a lot of food, but it makes for great leftovers!!"

Tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, it 's easy to miss (and dismiss), but it really ought to be a 'go to ' destination for all who crave terrific Indian cuisine in Los Angeles. It deserves to be packed full every night. A gold medal from me for this Silverlake gem."

"The food at this restaurant is excellent! It's a fantastic place to dine with delicious and flavorful dishes. We ordered the Lamb Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer, both of which were very good. We will definitely return here in the future. We are fans of Indian cuisine and have found that not all restaurants offer Palak Paneer on their menu. Even when they do, it's not always up to par. However, the Palak Paneer at this restaurant exceeded our expectations and we had enough leftovers to take home. Overall, a great dining experience!"

"Do not dine here for Denver Restaurant Week. They tried to serve us a different menu. We showed the the one on the Denver Restaurant Week web site. The server argued with us a long time but finally relented to serve the correct menu. EXCEPT, the restaurant week menu offered a free bottle of wine. The server refused to serve it to us in the restaurant. Again a long argument ensued and all that she would do is give us a warm bottle of white wine that could be opened at the table. After the first course came out, it took 10 minutes to get any silverware and napkins. When you consider that almost every page of their menu features expensive alcoholic drink options, I suppose their strategy was to force us to pay extra for drinks! We will not be going back."

"Went for an impromptu early dinner. What a treat. Had beef samosas and a basket of assorted Indian breads as appetizers. Delicious. Continued with Fish Vindaloo Chicken Chilli Masala (requested both at medium spicy levels). Both dishes were excellent in my opinion, and I'm comparing to similar meals I have had in India. The accompanying rice was good, though small bowl frankly for two people. Continued with pistachio ice cream and a very, very, delicious rice pudding, which was not only refreshing but had a most subtle essence of cardamom. We will return soon and have recommended it to friends already."

"First time at Royal of India was for the Saturday lunch buffet. It was stellar! There was a great array of veggie and paneer dishes, plus chicken and goat. The buffet included raita, pakora, samosas, several chutneys, and kachumber salad. A basket of naan graced every table. And, in addition to all the delicious food, you can enjoy mango juice, perfectly sweetened steaming chai, and ice cream to top it off! Great value for the buffet and wonderful flavor. Only comment is the food is mild so if you are looking for spicy food you would have to order off the menu."

"I also ordered extra sides of bullet naan and garlic naan, and to my surprise, he included a complimentary rice pudding that was absolutely delightful. Since I’ve never dined in at the restaurant, I might be mistaken, but the best way I can describe the food is that I could really taste the love and care that went into it—much like my grandmother's cooking. "I read a review about this restaurant and decided to trust the person's recommendation. I'm so glad I took my wife and daughter there for dinner. We weren't sure what to expect, but everything turned out fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious! We had chicken tikka masala, a mixed tandoori grill, and saag with rice and naan bread. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the spices were just right. We ordered medium spice level, not knowing how spicy they typically make their dishes, and it was indeed medium. Next time, we'll go for something spicier. It's a lovely place to have in the neighborhood!"
