"I used to visit their other locations frequently. They reopened this location last year, and I was so happy to see that. As I had visited their previous location and the food quality was pretty good. I was just worried if their quality would go down now when they reopened. But honestly it was the same, or maybe even better. We ordered few sharable plates and were pleased with everything that we had ordered. We got Samosa, aloo papri chaat for appetizers. We ordered the palak paneer, malai kofta and paneer tikka along with some tandoori garlic naan and rotis. Everything was great, and they will adjust the spices/salt if you ask. Earlier in their previous location, I tried hariyali paneer and that was my favorite! We ordered way too much in the excitement of trying out multiple dishes lol. They even gave us complimentary rice with our left overs. Clean, tasty, professional and great Indian restaurant!"

"Beautiful dining room and ethnic decoration. Delicious food and friendly service. Bhartha, $15, is a sweet creamy dish of roasted eggplants. Chicken Achari, $16, is a tomato pure curry with acidic, sweet and spicy flavors that are increased by grounded pepper cone. Both are unique and delicious. The owner is helpful to explain the menu and the dishes that make it great experience."

"This is the best Indian food place in CO by far! Biki has always taken amazing care of us, great service always with a big smile! "buyer intention! not allergy friendly! we ordered us yesterday by door dash and was wasted $40 on eating that was indelible. my family has a milk allergy and I clearly demand in my order that every product gluten-free, vegan and mild. when I got the order, I thought it looked suspicious, so I called to check and safe enough these dishes included milk! also the fertile piclau was ice cold as if they forget to heat the dish before they send (which also means that they probably microwave to go food in styrofoam first I thought the fertile piclau should be served chilled, but the keerl on the phone nandu confirmed that it should have been heated and also confirmed that despite my requirements contain more milk. he was quite abrupt and has not apologized or offered to correct any of the mistakes. as if he just wanted me from the phone and it didn't matter that they ruined our dinner, wasted our money and made my family very sick by including milk in our food, despite the notes on the order. that a dish that allegedly contained no milk was the mushroom mother, but even this was disappointing when the veggies tasted as they came out of doses and it was very spicy for a court that was asked mildly. so many problems with this order, makes me wonder everything about this restaurant. if they are not careful with preparation of food, how cautious are they when they clean and sanitate their kitchen? I'm completely dissatisfied with eating and customer service. I was not offered a refund or a refund or even an apology! such a frustrating experience and a total waste of time and money."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly service. The samosas were absolutely delicious, and the Chicken Tikka Masala, Pineapple Lamb, Garlic Basil Naan, and Paswari Naan were all excellent selections. They also have a full bar, featuring Indian whiskey. The dining area is quite spacious, with around 25 tables, along with a banquet room. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary rice pudding for dessert. The prices are very reasonable, and we've definitely discovered a new favorite place to dine frequently."

Best dosa I've had since I lived in California and there was a restaurant chain that specialized in them... this is a good place to try this dish if you've never had one before. I must add GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS gluten free options Gluten Free Options to help other Yelpers looking for a restaurant experience that won't sacrifice taste or authenticity for having GF options. My only disappointment, ironically, was the GF naan and only because I ordered the garlic version, and I guess that the way it is prepared, the pieces of garlic cloves are burned in the process (if you like that overpowering burned-garlic taste go for it! . I may have been expecting a garlic butter instead based on other restaurant experiences, so my bad. Next time either plain GF naan or none at all, and I'll be saving room for a dosa! And a FULL BAR with cocktails that use a South Asian spin on the classics. Such a find and easier/faster to get to from NNJ and other parts of Rockland than you might think, plus easy strip-mall parking!"

"I was disappointed. You know when you walk in a place and you ask yourself, am I sure I want to be here? That 's the exact feeling I had. From a flow perspective there was no host/hostess check in. The restaurant is a cliche decorated restaurant with little to no flair. The unfriendly staff did not do a proper greeting nor explain the menu or ask if I had any questions. The food was mediocre. I ordered the shrimp pakoras; instead I got Costco grade air fried coconut shrimp. NOT THE SAME! The naan had no butter to delight the tastebuds and the rice seemed day old. The chicken curry did have flavor and the meat wasn 't D grade, so I was happy about this. The restaurant is located in a prime location of downtown Burbank with lots of foot traffic and plethora of restaurants to choose from. I would skip. It seems they aren 't interested in creating an entire experience for patrons. This is a pity because Indian food is so exotic full of flavor."

"I arrived at this restaurant with a $25 Uber ride and decided to try their affordable unlimited Indian buffet, which had incredibly delicious food. The service was quick and friendly. I ended up paying $25, including tips, because I ate quickly and left in just 10 minutes. I actually came here twice today, and the food was even better during my second visit since there were more options on Sundays! I’m so full that it feels like my stomach might explode!"

"We've been coming to Tabla for years we just celebrated our dad's birthday here and it was fantastic!!! We had a couple of special food requests such as lactose intolerance and ordering an off menu item. Needless to say they did a great job accommodating these requests and went above and beyond with our dinner! Our waiter was very attentive and charismatic, joking around to make sure we were having a good time. Even the owner and then the chef came out to wish my dad a happy bday! They made a special gulab jamun dessert just for him and played a song on the loudspeaker On regular days, they have equally delicious food and attention to detail. The location itself is spacious and well designed, with a big window overlooking the street. They're right next to Sook Pastry, which is a big plus. Luckily, parking is easy, as they're across the street from the new parking lot and they've usually got some open spaces on that road. Especially on Sundays when parking is free. However, they may get less foot traffic since their door is not obviously marked, and they're not on the central Ridgewood street. Nevertheless it is worth the visit! Thanks again for a great celebration!"

"The food at this restaurant is excellent! It's a fantastic place to dine with delicious and flavorful dishes. We ordered the Lamb Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer, both of which were very good. We will definitely return here in the future. We are fans of Indian cuisine and have found that not all restaurants offer Palak Paneer on their menu. Even when they do, it's not always up to par. However, the Palak Paneer at this restaurant exceeded our expectations and we had enough leftovers to take home. Overall, a great dining experience!"

"I never write reviews but I was beyond disappointed. This is Kashmiri naan, vegetable tikka masala, Somosa chaat, and malai kofta. It all tasted so bland and cheap. Everything is a fake neon color, especially the pink naan and sickly green mint sauce.The vegetables in the (also vibrant red) tikka masala tasted like they came from a can. Malai kofta tasted like tomato soup withhot sauce. All but the somosa chaat ended up in the trash as it was at least edible without the sauce. Edit: wanted to also addthat management wouldn?t do anything to make it better and ?does not offer refunds?. Beware that every item I had was bad, it?snot just one random thing, so no matter what you order it?ll probably be the same quality as this."

"Do not dine here for Denver Restaurant Week. They tried to serve us a different menu. We showed the the one on the Denver Restaurant Week web site. The server argued with us a long time but finally relented to serve the correct menu. EXCEPT, the restaurant week menu offered a free bottle of wine. The server refused to serve it to us in the restaurant. Again a long argument ensued and all that she would do is give us a warm bottle of white wine that could be opened at the table. After the first course came out, it took 10 minutes to get any silverware and napkins. When you consider that almost every page of their menu features expensive alcoholic drink options, I suppose their strategy was to force us to pay extra for drinks! We will not be going back."

I felt that the value of money spent was justified as I received 80% worth of what I paid for. In fact, I believe it is the best restaurant in the area for Indian food. I have already recommended it to most of my friends. Raj, who manages the restaurant, is a nice person and good to talk to. The only negative point I have is that they use too much food color in their dishes. In my opinion, taste should take priority over presentation and I hope they understand that soon. "I've been going to this place for years about 6+ years I stopped for ALMOST 2 years due to covid I returned back to this place to no Buffet I love the buffet it allowed me to try new food that I would otherwise never order and that I would absolutely fall in love with and order everytime. I was a little upset about that but also I think new owners took over...? the pakora tasted completely different so did a few different dishes but still very good! Only issue I had with the pakora is it was very soft and almost soggy or undercooked not to be mean just offering advice. Where as otherwise the pakora was sturdy, stiff, and crunchy. After coming here for so many years and having the same pakora and having it switched up, I was saddened. But the food still proved to be worthwhile because every time we go here we drive about 90 minutes there and back, its still worth it!!!! I highly recommend and always tell people that this is the best Indian restaurant around!"
