"We had a large group of 25 in the dining room, and despite being told that the AC was on, it was unbearably hot, forcing us to open the windows. It really felt like there was no one taking charge of the situation. The service was lacking, and the food was just average. We weren't informed that a 20% gratuity had already been included, so many of us ended up tipping again. Overall, the prices are quite high considering the quality of the food and service. The main issue seems to be the lack of management, as the restaurant is owned by investors. Lastly, I would advise against drinking the water; it tastes so bad that it feels unhealthy."
