In Palo Alto, the staff is much friendlier. The concept is similar to Chipotle, but with an Asian street food twist, offering options like bowls, wraps, and salads. The sous vide egg is a fantastic addition to any dish. The wrap is made with a large, sticky rice paper, which some people have found off-putting. It's best to enjoy the food hot, as I’ve found that ordering for delivery diminishes its appeal. And those steamed pork buns? I might just request them as part of my last meal—they're that good!"
