"We visited the restaurant on Sunday to watch a fight, and it was clear they were overbooked. Upon arrival, our reservation was disregarded because they claimed there was a problem with their system. It was just my husband and me, and they hastily set up a table for us. We ordered drinks and appetizers, followed by a meal. However, about an hour later, while the fight was still ongoing, the staff started pressuring us to settle our bill, suggesting we needed to leave if we weren't ordering more food. This was confusing, as several other tables were also just sitting and not eating. At that point, we had already spent $156 for two people! It seems they need to reconsider how they manage events like this and avoid looking unprofessional by trying to rush customers out during their meal. Their business model does not seem to prioritize customer service or fostering loyalty among patrons."
