"On the last night, I faced the same issue again; my key card failed to work, so I had to trek downstairs once more for a replacement. When I returned to my room, the new card didn’t work either, and I found myself back in the lobby for what felt like the hundredth time. They promised to send maintenance, but I waited over 30 minutes. In total, it took me 56 minutes to finally gain access to my room!
Throughout our three-day stay, housekeeping never once came to clean either my room or my daughter's. Everything remained messy, we had no clean towels, and when we called for assistance, no one ever came to help. To make matters worse, I discovered mouse droppings in the bathroom! There was a hatch under the sink that was open, exposing pipes, and I couldn’t shake the feeling of sleeping with a rodent that night.
Considering we paid nearly $300 per night per room, the level of service—or lack thereof—was utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise you to avoid this place at all costs!"
