The manager, whose name I believe is Faith, had brown hair and glasses; I watched her craft my order from scratch, and she did it at lightning speed! Despite the busy atmosphere, she managed to juggle making orders and supporting her team effortlessly—a true example of fantastic management. The service was remarkable, and the entire night crew impressed me. I will definitely be recommending Serio's to everyone. The pizza was delicious, and the staff was the friendliest I've encountered!"
