"Long time customer of Joe 's. We stopped in for a family dinner 6:45pm on a Saturday 9/10/22. We were told there would be a wait on food we were okay with that. Our server is new and she had a party of ten next to our table. No problem, we understood. When the food did arrive, 2 out of 5 meals showed up, luckily they were for our children, but it took another 15 minutes to get the other 3 and we had to request silverware as we were never given any. I ordered a pot roast sandwich for myself and the kids version for my youngest. The pot roast was so dry that half of it was inedible due to being the consistency of beef jerky and they sent fries instead of the mash potatoes I ordered....I had to feed this to my toddler. The waitress came by and asked how the food was and I politely explained that the pot roast was super dry. The waitress then proceeded to tell me that she believed me and would comp the inedible meals if she could, but only managers could do that and she said, I can talk to my manager, but I highly doubt she will [discount the ticket], and then brought us our ticket without even attempting to have the manager come to our table and ran our card for payment. I feel bad for the waitress, but also, for $90.00 and ample waiting time, I expected much better food. I 'm sad to have to remove Joe 's from our night out rotation as it used to be some of the best food in town, but we won 't be coming back."

"Indebted to leave a comment where reading the incidents that were complained, the General Manager seemed retaliated, people from the email list. I guess that's her right, but doesn't give the feeling of ever coming back. The drinks were terrible if not worse than that. I went out to get us where the waiters worked, not enough of them, but this is not their fault. These are managements. I asked the bartenders who appeared new and aloof in connection with customers. Then again, if you have to look at index cards in your hands, then they are probably very uncertain how to mix drinks. By the way, a few behind the bar were there only two weeks without supervision. It seemed like I was on a lucy episode. Comedy of mistakes. They were almost as funny as the headliner who was Jeff Allen, and he was great and is what brought us in. Maybe for the last time. The facility was very disappointing. You sure won?t go broke a sign on the front of the store. They were almost hidden. Disappointed to be your own waiter, and will be charged 15% gratuity independently if you yourself or a waitress. Guaranteed income instead of earned for services. It is nice to come out of the house and enjoy life. Last night was not pleasant. So because of the bad organizational skills, the funny bonbon could best stay at home and watch Comedy Central have a cup of coffee or adult drink with your own food in the simple chair. Maybe more fun. As an independent person, it is important to give the customer your best. In these times, especially after Covid and with high inflation. this aspect is more than ever critical. The building was mostly clean. As understated, too many new employees who needed help in consulting in supervision and efficiency. You can bring the best talent as a business. Headliners are usually good for attraction. But the localized talents like the employees really do it. I could rah rah and blow smoke a company posterior, but that would be a lie. Honesty is always best. I left two stars for those who tried to do their jobs. Otherwise it would have been a star to the franchise who knows better."
