"I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly because of the poor customer service, particularly from the owner. Despite the overpriced menu, I had visited several times, hoping to give them another chance. However, during my latest visit, the owner lost her temper, slammed her hands on the counter, and shouted at me when I mentioned the prices. While it’s true that the prices are high and they also charge extra for credit and debit card payments, her reaction was completely inappropriate. If I had acted that way in retail, I would have faced serious consequences, possibly even losing my job. It seems that being a small business owner allows some individuals to mistreat paying customers, which is very disheartening. I decided to leave politely and won’t be returning."
