"The rating would be higher, but no one returned to check on our meals or offer us more coffee. When someone did come by, we asked for more coffee, but she seemed to vanish into thin air afterward. Five minutes later, a guy came to settle our bill, and we requested coffee again. He did bring it to us, but didn’t bother to ask how everything was or if there was an order that had been missed. Finally, the original waiter, who hadn’t taken our order, came back."
