"Me and my family have been regular customers here for over 6 years and it's such a disappointment what the quality and quantity of food has gone down to. Despite the raise in costs, they have yet to state that it's pretty much the entire menu. I posted thepicture of them stating the only menu items being affected. I ordered my usual Neptune platter that is $32. The plate was theequivalent to a platter at Captain D's. It had the usual sized piece of fish, two small tailed shrimp, 3 small scallops, 3 smalloyster rockefellers and one small crab cake that barely could be a portion. My side was the garlic steak fries and they weredeeply fried in old oil. Half of the food ordered was cold like the Mac n cheese, fries and shrimp. We were hungry so we kind ofdealt with it. Our waitress Dawn was great and immediately offered another side and did what she could, but being that thewaitress is carrying out the plates why would she still run it out looking like that. Like why would you bring food to a tableif you wouldn't eat it yourself. Besides that, the raw oysters were great as usual. Just be fair warned about paying fullprice for a little bit of food and not how it used to be. Despite telling the manager, she still defended that the smallportions have ALWAYS been this way. I told her the least she could do is notify everyone and list more than the little list theyhave up, because it's not accurate and it's misleading. You're better off at Captain George's paying a little more for betterquality and quantity of food."

"Next was the macaroni and cheese, which was equally disappointing. The texture was mushy, and the taste was downright unpleasant, featuring a strange flavor that made it nearly impossible to appreciate. I can confidently say it was among the worst macaroni and cheese dishes I have ever had the misfortune to taste. To make matters worse, the food was delivered to me in a manner that left much to be desired. It arrived lukewarm, indicating a clear lack of attention to proper packaging and ensuring that meals reached customers in satisfactory condition. It was obvious that no effort had been made to maintain the food's temperature and freshness during the delivery process. The abysmal customer service I experienced compounded my dissatisfaction. The staff displayed the worst type of service—dismissive and unhelpful. They showed no interest in addressing my concerns or resolving the issues I faced, which was a clear demonstration of a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. Not only was the food cold, but it also lacked freshness. The flavors were bland and uninspiring, suggesting that the ingredients were far from high quality. It is incredibly disappointing when a restaurant fails to prioritize freshness and flavor, ultimately undermining the entire dining experience. As if those problems weren't enough, my order was also incomplete. I noticed that the rolls and cocktail sauce were missing, which only added to my frustration. It is simply unacceptable for a restaurant to overlook such basic components of a meal, reflecting their lack of attention to detail and disregard for providing a complete and satisfactory dining experience. Overall, my experience at Chicken Galore was a complete disaster. From the burnt potato pancakes to the unappetizing macaroni and cheese, the cold and flavorless food, missing items, and dismissive staff—there was nothing redeeming about this encounter. I can say with confidence that I will never order from Chicken Galore again, and I strongly urge others to avoid it as well. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by choosing a different restaurant that values quality, customer service, and overall satisfaction."

RACIST Tonight definitely confirmed THE OWNER HIMSELF SKIP YATES his WHITE FEMALE MANGER was rude to me and my group of people this evening because of something we was unaware of with the liquor situation. Once he told me about it and explained i instantly understood and fix the issue. He should have signs explaining you can't buy liquor from his place and drink it in the dining room. And when we confronted him about his tone of voice with us, he let us know that WE PEOPLE MEANING BLACK shouldn't come back to his establishment Because WE PEOPLE MEANING BLACK PEOPLE always have a issue when we coming there and they don't like serving us and our kinda!!!!!! Anyone that knows me knows that I do NOT COMPLAIN I don't nor have I ever disrespected anyone or any staff at this place!!! even with bad service I Patronize this place for many Years given them, my service, even when I always thought the staff was rude would discriminate against me and my family. But tonight definitely took the cake and showed me Their true colors of the type of people they are and clearly only like to serve a certain nationality. They were very disrespectful, very rude and inappropriate to me and my family. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN HERE. I hope nobody Ever How to experience what I did this evening from them, And I hope that people will also stop Patronizing this establishment! I have worked 12 years in the food service industry and understood that everyone has good and bad nights, but jesus christus! customer service, delivery times, food sensations, quality, the guarantee of order is correct. the basis of a restaurant, all need serious improvements. I had about a dozen encounters with this arrogant, lifting ish, monotone manager called ella. the one time that I had to talk to another female manager who was wonderful, she claimed to give me credit for the mistake of the previous night. when the wrong order came to me, the load was closed. Since then, I've ordered 3 4 times and paid full. price when this girl sees s to be the only one that ever be there, and each time told me I never get a loan. tonight. ella told me that she can't give her manager a first name. what should I ever turn to? in a separate opportunity I was told that they would not send out my corrected order because the driver was too busy. I didn't take care of any credits, I wanted to eat my dinner for which I literally waited 2 hours, and it was so late that all other restaurants were closed now! I was told, management is very aware that this chick job problem, but she is a dedicated worker. there are tons of people who need a job who would like to impress their guests. these reviews speak volume and the owners must take them seriously, as they are the literal face and voting of their business!"
