"The customer experience at this restaurant can vary based on the staff on duty. Although this Carvel location is well-stocked, the service tends to be inconsistent. I had a great experience during one visit where I even shared jokes with a staff member. However, during another visit, I felt like I was being charged for every little thing, and the service was unfriendly and unappreciative, making it seem like I was a burden to them. Despite these mixed experiences, I've returned to this restaurant several times and I hope my next visit will be an improvement."
