"**Detailed Review:** Hall had been on our list of places to try for quite some time, so we finally visited a few days ago. Sadly, the experience fell short due to the service.
We were the only customers in the restaurant and chose to sit at the bar. Unfortunately, the bartender made no effort to welcome us and largely ignored us after we placed our orders. Initially, we thought perhaps he was having a rough day, but he seemed to brighten up whenever other staff members were around.
Overall, we felt unwelcome. Given that cocktails are priced over $20, we anticipated a higher level of service, particularly at the bar.
The food was enjoyable, as we ordered the classic burgers. However, they don't inquire about how you'd like your meat cooked. My boyfriend's burger was prepared medium, while mine was medium-well (I prefer medium-rare).
There are plenty of excellent burger spots in the area, so we won't be returning to Hall."
