"Suviche is one of the restaurants inside the One Only La Palmilla Resort. The resort itself is the nicest resort my wife and I have ever been to, and we are well traveled. Suviche is a beautiful setting with windows overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The food is excellent!! Their Wagyu Suviche is outstanding! The service is what separates this restaurant/resort from everywhere else. Starting with the sommelier Alejandro who expertly manages their 15,000 bottle wine cellar. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. One thing to note, this is a premium restaurant, so the prices reflect that. Would highly recommend!"
