"A member of our party ordered a glass of the house cab with her meal. They brought the glass of wine to the table and she drank it. When they brought the bill, we noticed they had charged us double the price of the house cab she ordered. When we questioned it, they acknowledged that we did in fact order the house cab and they apologized for the error but then refused to adjust the price because they actually brought us a more expensive glass of wine So, we order something at a certain price, you bring us something different, don't tell us it's different, then charge us twice as much for it and then refuse to adjust the price because you brought us a more expensive item we didn't order? That's poor customer service. We love Sekisui, but this was a major turnoff."
