"We were disappointed. Our private booth was super cute, but our service was so slow. I took my boyfriend for his birthday and we reserved a private booth. We were late, but the host was very nice about it. Drinks were pretty good, but we’ve had better. Our waiter was nice but he checked on us when we had more than half our drinks left, so we weren’t ready to order more yet. We would have though if we knew he was going to disappear after that. Our drinks were finished and we were waiting and waiting to order another one, but our waiter never came back. We watched him bussing tables across from us but didn’t come check on us, and he passed by multiple times and we couldn’t even get his attention. Eventually I left the booth and asked a different waiter for our check. We had been wanting to try Ciro’s for a while, and we were there celebrating a birthday, but we were only able to have one drink due to poor service. We didn’t even get an apology or any acknowledgement, he just dropped the check and disappeared again. We liked the speakeasy vibes and the atmosphere would have been great, if it weren’t for the group in the booth across from us who were loud and running around the whole place taking selfies. We love going out for date night and trying new places, but Ciro’s is not somewhere we will be running back to. We’ve had much better experiences at other places, and there are better speakeasies in the area."
