"Sat. Dinner 8pm. Split the Sampler (3 meats 3 sides $25) with my wife who grew up in the south. She loved it. The brisket kept falling apart on my fork which is always a good thing. Super rich Mac cheese, they brought us another serving when we mentioned it was cold in the middle. All good. We had to take some of it home because it is a lot of food. The 'Philthy Hot ' sauce was pretty mild imho... and you 'll need to wash up afterwards because it gets sticky with all that yummy BBQ. A handy wipe at the fixins bar would probably be a great addition. Live music added some nice atmosphere as did the super zealous meat carver at the front of the line. Fun experience and a worthy replacement for the former Buffalo Wild Wings location."
