"I booked a Wednesday night. I asked for a Monday special, which had been notified to me six days earlier, on Wednesday instead of Monday, as the business had been closed late on Monday. When I asked about the special (chicken parma and peroni), I was told that it was not available on Wednesday, but only on Monday. I told the waitress and her manager that I had been told a few days earlier that it was offered on Wednesday, which was why we had made a reservation. I was informed by the manager that no one would have told me I was a lousy. I did not want to say my companion, and I refused to dinate there; and interestingly, the manager did not try to make a offer to keep us there in this night. not only that the business two dinners in the night (and the place was almost empty, anyway), my daughter wanted a booking for 7 for the following week. that will not happen. if they call their paragliders liars and do not make a placement offer to keep a diner in their restaurant, then they do not deserve to stay in business. I will never go back there and neither my family nor friends. possibly a big error of the manager. everything he had to do was apologize and maybe offer a free drink. we would probably have stayed, and the bigger dinner for the following week would go even further. no skin of my nose, but not regular moats can cause a business to die. Maybe mozza needs a better business model or a new manager. a lot of luck with it."
