"This restaurant has a great ambiance, with a variety of pizzas beautifully displayed. The selection included cheese, pepperoni, Margherita, and even a chicken salad pizza. I decided to go for the Margherita. At first glance, the slice looked fantastic, but I was disappointed by the basil that topped it. It was extremely dry and unappealing. Although it’s not my usual style, I ended up removing every single piece of basil, as it crumbled easily upon touch. On a positive note, the sauce was excellent—authentically homemade Italian. The mozzarella cheese truly stood out; it was exceptionally good. I also enjoyed the dough, which had a nice minor char that added to its excellent flavor. The crust was the perfect finish—nothing left behind and just the right amount of crunch. This pizza had the potential for a 5-star rating, but the basil and its lingering taste cost it a star."
