"I've never been disappointed by a family owned and local source? Restaurant. This place obviously lacks in many areas from organization to food to poorly trained staff and the worst of all General Manager. If this place will serve mediocre food at a fine dining room price, they should at least take some pride in the taste and presentation of their entrees. I don't know how she's having the store of $45 for a pizza that comes over hard boiled and sloppy. The noise in this place is ineffective, I know it? a big restaurant, but it wasn't even the volume of guests who bothered, it was the food runner who like a hyenas every time she laughed. I think the worst part of our entire experience here tried to talk to the General Manager. She lacked personality and rhythm. Talking to her about our problems was completely pointless and she is the main reason why we will never return. I thought you'd have to have respect and care for customers to run a restaurant, but it's obvious here that you don't. From reading other reviews I saw that she previously served pizza from the ground and I was horrified to hear that someone who would do such a cruel thing would lead the restaurant. Whoever shames her boss would be embarrassing to have an employee, let alone a manager like her. It is obvious that money comes first and good customer service and quality food comes last."

"It's been more than a couple years since we've been here even before COVID. I received a birthday discount via email and we decided we'd go. We had a great time. Our server, Brie was super awesome. She was attentive, sweet and did an amazing job with serving! It was at the beginning of the lunch rush so we arrived just in time. We started with the Buffalo Wings. They were perfect and also came with homemade chips and carrots! We had the Black Bleu Burger with bottomless broccoli and the Monster Burger with bottomless garlic fries. Nothing could be better than that! You'll probably just make it through one refill! Sadly, I only took a photo of the wings we had for an appetizer and completely didn't take pictures of our delicious, well-built burgers and killer bottomless sides! After this awesome experience, we'll be back!"

"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. "Acknowledging our AMAZING server Payton! Who was hustling fantastic during a packed dinner service! The Lacey Red Robin had awful reviews so I chose to drive to Olympia where I have always had a good experience I was glad I did. I was told there wouldbe a 15 minute wait but we were in in less than 10. After ordering I asked Payton if we could switch tables and I know with itbeing packed I could have easily been turned down but he very quickly cleaned up the table next to us and we were moved within 3minutes. He was friendly patient constantly coming around checking on us and or at least glancing our way with every pass cuzI told him I’d flag him down if we needed anything. I noticed he was very attentive to all the tables around as well I payattention to good customer service he never stopped hustling, I never saw him standing still or moving slow he always askedif people needed anything else. I haven’t had great service like that in a long time so I felt obligated to write a review toacknowledge him. This was the kind of server I’d expect in an upscale establishment , surprised to have such good service atRed Robin honestly. We used to eat here a lot but never had a server so attentive to not just us but all his tables. Therestaurant was clean, A bit noisy , but that’s typical for the place and we were also right between the kitchen and barareas… so to be expected. Food was great , I had signed up for rewards and was redeeming my free birthday burger, no hasslesthere. They have tablet type things at the table that have games so that was awesome my 2.5 yr old occupied distracted himfrom having a meltdown so I appreciated that. Food came fast I ordered several more rounds of bottomless fries that camepromptly. Only real complaint the only reason I knocked a star off is they were out of most of the beers so wasn’t muchof a choice there , I believe there were only 3 to pick from. l went with Stella which I drink regularly, but it"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant. My order was correct and arrived in a timely manner. The food was delicious, especially the bottomless garlic fries. The 'Madlove Burger' I ordered wasn't as spicy as I had hoped, but it was still very tasty. The service was a bit lacking as our server forgot some things and I had to wait a while for a water refill. The cleanliness of the restaurant was decent, although the restroom needed some attention. The pricing was fair for the quality of food, around $15 per meal. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for their good burgers and unlimited fries, despite the service being a bit frustrating. I would definitely return, maybe at a less busy time."

"First, the positives: My wife thoroughly enjoyed her chicken-topped salad, noting that it was moist and flavorful. The burgers were decent, but my burger and fries arrived only slightly warm. I sent the fries back, and the replacement came out promptly. For the kids' meal, our child received mandarin oranges, which he loved, and they even brought him four additional servings. Now, the negatives: Upon entering, the host informed us there would be a 10-minute wait to clean tables. However, we ended up waiting 25 minutes before being seated at a table that hadn’t been wiped down. We were told several times that the restaurant was short-staffed. After another wait, the server assured us our food would be out shortly, but it took an additional 10 minutes, which is why my fries were lukewarm. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss our movie, throwing off the rest of our afternoon. One more thing—staff attire could use some improvement, and it wouldn't hurt for the host to offer a smile. Lastly, the less pleasant aspects: While waiting in the lobby, I noticed that the woodwork, particularly the support beam next to the host’s desk, needed cleaning. Additionally, there was a faint unpleasant odor in the restaurant. On a positive note, the restroom was relatively clean compared to others. Overall, I believe that with more staff, our experience could have been significantly better."

"I absolutely love their ice cream! I always order the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, but I swap out the chocolate ice cream for sweet cream. It’s delicious! I usually opt for a cup. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that sometimes the cups aren't filled as much as they could be. ColdStone serves fantastic ice cream, and I'm a happy, regular customer! If you haven’t been here yet, you definitely need to give it a try. The prices are a bit on the high side, but once you taste the ice cream, you’ll see it's worth it. Plus, when you order, the staff sings a cute song! You can even sample the flavors if you're unsure which one to choose. This location is always clean and well-stocked, not just with ice cream but also with other treats like caramel apples, Frosty Paws for dogs, and a variety of other goodies on display at the counter."

"The prices of everything have gone up, but thankfully the quality of food at Red Robin has stayed the same. I greatly appreciate a place that has a both some vegan and many vegetarian options available. There are also many chicken and beef burger options,appetizers, adult drinks, and a few desserts. My go to burger is the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with a veggie patty. Smoke AndPepper is my boyfriend 's favorite burger. My daughter enjoys the endless Mac n cheese and mandarin oranges. I tried the newParadise Punch cocktail which was pretty good (could use a splash more alcohol), and the Strawberry Freckled Lemonade cake wasdelicious! The interior is almost the same as the Tempe Marketplace location which we 've frequented many times. A managervisited our table and was very nice. Our server was okay, a little flat but nice. Our fry and water refills took longer thanusual. We saw 2 other people working there because they have a sort of buddy system with food and drink delivery. We told themwe were celebrating our kids birthdays which usually they offer a birthday song (they sang for the table behind us when he wewere first seated) but guess it slipped their minds. If you 're not part of their rewards program (Red Robin Royalty) I highlyrecommend signing up now. You get a free gourmet burger during your birth month, and if you have kids add their birthdays for afree kids meal during their birth month as well. Our kids received balloons after their meals. Bathrooms were fairly clean.Overall we will be back to this location. There wasn 't anything inherently wrong with our visit and it was a good time. Lookforward to another nice visit in the future."

"This is the best burger joint if you're looking for great value for your money. I've never had any issues with service at this location, and in general. The food is served quickly, hot, and delicious. They refill your drinks even before you have a chance to ask. Plus, they offer UNLIMITED fries, which are fantastic! As I mentioned earlier, is this THE best place for burgers? Maybe not, but it strikes a perfect balance between price and quality. "this is a second commentary as a result of the observations of my man (will wright). we have tried their galleria situation in sparks, nw a few times, and always have bad service! this last time that this complaining was first published by my man, was the worst! we sit and our order became. but this is where the service stopped. we sat there and saw how everyone was served around us while we were waiting for our drinks (water and soda). my man stood up and told our waitress that we still waited for our drinks and she just cleaned him away and said they were right there. We sat for a longer and still no drinks! we finally stopped going and stopped telling the manager what happened out there. now my man gets a response from the restaurant via this platform, so we called the specified number and sat there. we have finally abandoned, just as we give up, ever going to a red robin! we do not appreciate being called a liar when they say “oh no, we strive to offer our best service” if they are clearly not!"

"Although we 've had many enjoyable meals at this location, tonight was a disappointing exception. The restaurant was certainly not busy, so I was surprised at out experience. Everything was going well, even though our appetizer took longer than expected. However, when the wings did arrive, they were cold, not even warm enough to soften the grated cheese garnish. I checked with my guest and he agreed. Our waitress was not on the floor, so I took the appetizer plate pickup area to ask for it to be reheated. An employee reponded not with Let me help you, but with You can 't be here. And, she snatched the plate out of my hands without explanation. I went back to the table and when the waitress did show up, she said they cannot take food back once it has been served, and that the food was hot because she touched four or five pieces. (She was not wearing food service gloves. Even if she had offered to bring a replacement of hot food, I probably would have declined and just asked to continue the remainder of the meal and just chalked it up to an unfortunate happenstance. But with her implication that I was lying, we decided to go elswhere."

"The restaurant had plenty of staff, but the service left a lot to be desired. Our waiter was fantastic, but the drinks, appetizers, and food all arrived from different people, which created some confusion. Even the waiter appeared a bit exasperated when he placed a refill order for us, and we ended up waiting several minutes for it. He mentioned it was somewhere on a tray and eventually brought us one, with the other arriving shortly after. As for the food, it was quite good! "I am alittle curious why the management and owners are okay with having an employee who wears pajamas to work. I would give higher reviews and wanted to give one star for this reason alone. "They always mess up your order, don?t listen to requests, but the food is pretty damn good. This place is a mixed bag of everything. The service is very attentive and always on the ball, yet they somehow gave us the wrong burger and salad twice, andthey milkshake flavor took two tries to get correct. They have nothing up on Burger King except higher prices and slow service. What's even more impressive is that they cost about the same as a combo meal at Carl's Jr. For approximately $10 per person, you can indulge in a burger meal that includes unlimited drinks. "Food: I tried out the new Lava Queso burger item and I love it. The amount of spicyness on it is just right and for an extra fee I got their unlimited refill garlic fries as a side. Their garlic fries are great! Service: Staff was friendly and checked on us often if we needed anything. The men's bathroom was clean too. We paid through the machine they have on the table but it seems it ran out of receipt paper so I didn't get a printed receipt, no big deal though. Atmosphere: They have dim lights for the atmosphere, some music, and the AC was just right in this summer heat."
