"What a great experience! Our food came out quick. Our server, Alex, was so sweet and got us everything we needed! The manager on duty, Joey, even came by to make sure everything was up to par. Plus he made my kids laugh, so that's a definite plus! We love bringing our family here P.s. give Joey raise! Lol what an awesome dude! "The Rock has always been fairly consistent for us. The service is pretty good. The food is pretty good and the atmosphere is excellent! I really like the rock theme they are going for! Tonight we stopped in for a pre Father's Day meal and had the Free Bird Chicken Sandwich, which was more than excellent and my wife ordered the California Dreamin pizza. This pizza was flavorful but our only complaint is that if the first ingredient listed was Chicken in the description, then there should actually be an ample amount of chicken on the pizza. There was barely a slight sliver of chicken on each slice. When our server asked if everything was ok (which makes me think that nowadays that it is just a rhetorical question, I don't really think they care what you think about the meal) we explained this grievance to her, she just made an excuse and said she would let the cooks know, which I'm sure didn't! None the less, we enjoyed the meal. The service was ok and we had a good time. A note to The Rock if you care: Don't be chincy on toppings if great pizza is what you are known for. The exorbitant amount you charge for your pizzas more than makes up for the price you pay in supplies to make your pizzas top quality. Make your customers happy and you will be more than just a memory 10 years from now!"

"First and last time to visit this restaurant. Calamari was way over cooked and salty. My Paella took extra long to cook so we waited for a very long time for our food. My dish didn’t have all the meats that is should have come with so I requested the sausage that was missing. Waited another 10 minutes for that. We had a reward code for a free appetizer. Manager was supposed to come take it off our ticket. After ANOTHER 10 minutes of waiting, being there over an hour and no manager showing up, we finally said never mind just run the card so we could get the heck out of there. Would NOT recommend!"

"I have been waiting and thinking about what kind of review to post on this Italian restaurant . Well , I think if you are in the greenville nc area and , you have a bit of a craving for some of the most delicious appetizers to start off your experience with , just come sit at the table of perfection . Oh my . Mushrooms ? are spot on . The beer batter dip will blow you away . I have been to many Italian restaurants and, I ask the wait staff , would you by any slight chance offer Parmigiano regieano cheese ? ? and ... wait for it ... get your heart right ... the answer is , ding ding ding winner winner ? chicken ? dinner . YES YES YES ...HOW MUCH FRESHLY GRATED SHAVED WOULD YOU LIKE ? my heart can't keep up at this point . The pasta dishes are ample not over the top huge but , very satisfying . If you are dining solo or , have the whole family ? , I think you would leave with Italian love in not only your belly but , your heart as well ."

"The food at this restaurant was average. It lacked the distinctive charcoal flavor typically found in other wood-fired pizza establishments, and the texture of the pizza suggested that the dough needed more time to rest before being cooked. Overall, I would recommend this place for a convenient option for pizza with a variety of toppings. The extensive drinks menu also looks enticing, so I plan to return to try it out."

"The only thing better than the food was the outstanding service we received!!! She was attentive, anticipated our needs, she was knowledgeable of their menu and helpful with suggestions and she was sweet and personable on top of all that!! What more could you want in a waitress?! Food was wonderful, we had a few appetizers and a mix of cheeseburgers and pizza and we have only wonderful things to say about all of it!!!"

"After dining here several times, this was a total fail because of the service and frankly rude hostess and manager. Upon arrival for my scheduled reservation, the hostess said it’ll be a few minutes. After waiting over thirty minutes, I approached her to ask about the delay and approximate wait. She responded rudely and said she can’t ask others to leave. Another hostess approached and presented with the same demeanor. I told them that their responses were unnecessary. I was told that I could talk to the manager. I approached him. He continued working while we spoke. He offered little other than to say they were very busy, Open Table over booked them, his staff were stressed, and we would get the next table. So approximately forty-five minutes after our reservation time, we were seated. Our food was good, but the vibe was not the best from the onset."

"I have visited this restaurant with my family multiple times and we absolutely love the staff. Angle is one of the sweetest girls we have ever met, and she is the reason we keep coming back so often. We have even become VIP members in the app because of her wonderful service. She always greets us with joy, even if we are not seated in her section. She never fails to make us feel welcome with her friendly attitude and jokes. Brian is another fantastic employee who takes care of us during our date nights. He always ensures that we are happy and well taken care of. The atmosphere he creates is fun and enjoyable. Russ, who seems to be a manager, shows so much love for his team and customers. He always makes us laugh and feel welcome. These three individuals truly make us feel at home every time we visit the restaurant. Their exceptional service makes our weekly visits worth it, even if they are not our specific servers. This restaurant feels like a family outside of our own home, and we are always blessed by their presence. Everyone should know about the amazing team they have. We are truly grateful for their hard work and dedication."

"When did you crumb the deep bowl? we were not in a past, obvious, and with very fast with a reservation, but it was almost empty. there are menus within 5 minutes of austin. I asked about the deep court, because I didn't see it on the menu, and he looked at me as if I was stoned. then he never came back! after 20 25 minutes the manager came by and took our order. then, 35 minutes later, we have our pizza! then the pizzas were like cardboard thick! $20 for a 12-Pie for karton! the taste was not too bad, but nothing like the reason we went there for 20 miles! it was our favorite pizza place when we lived in bothell. never again! if you get out, ask for another server! also the crust looked like she never touched a lot, let alone a wood fired one! it was blond and not completely boiled and I saw her coming out of the many! I would hate to see if they were overcrowded! bye bye rock."

"Our waitress was awesome. Felt our food took long and the table next to us arrived after us and they got their meal first and we were a small group. We order a pizza and entree. The entree was lukewarm and my guess it just sat while the pizza was baking. This would fall on the kitchen staff. Surprisingly portion of pizza was a small compare for what we paid for. Music was way too loud. Don't plan on going back anytime soon."
