"Boring food. The fried chicken biscuit was boring. Needed more spice. The egg is basic. The gravy is creamy but not flavored right. Its called Peppered gravy but I couldnt taste the pepper. The chicken was the most bland chicken Ive ever had. The sweet potatoes however were very delicious and seasoned perfectly. Overall, its a very basic spot for brunch. Nothing that wowed me. The mimosa deal was great. Thats probably what attracts customers great location. However, they only have valet parking it costs $8. Service was good."

"My family and I visited North Italia in Plano for their New Year's Eve celebration. We ordered from the special NYE 2023 set menu, which was priced at $65.00 per person and included a starter, main course, and dessert. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions served! The shrimp scampi starter included four shrimp and toast, and the house bolognese was fantastic as always. The seasonal pumpkin spicy buttercake with vanilla gelato was simply delicious. Other guests had the lobster ricotta gnocchi and beef tenderloin marsala, and they raved about those dishes as well! Our server was incredibly attentive and did an excellent job. I highly recommend visiting North Italia; we truly enjoyed our experience!"

"We went on a Friday night and had reservations, but chose to sit at the bar instead. We have the crabcakes for an appetizer and they were delicious. For dinner we chose the salmon and it was pretty good too. The broccolini was not very good because it was a little bit stalky and seemed overcooked. There were two servers at the bar. One of them was very busy, making drinks for the restaurant, and she seemed to not want to be interrupted, which I can understand to a certain extent. The other seemed more about putting on a show being the cocktail shaker. He was not very attentive when we wanted to order anything. Overall, I like the ambience of the restaurant and might enjoy sitting at a table or out on the patio more than at the bar."

"I received excellent service at the bar initially from Alexander. The Bees Knees twist (spicy) was fantastic. The food was generally good, although I found the fries to be a bit over-seasoned for my liking. The empanadas were tasty overall, with the veggie option surprisingly being the standout. The pickled red onions and jalapeños really enhanced the flavor, along with the green avocado mash. Service became less attentive as the evening went on, but overall, it was a good experience. I would definitely return."

"This is a great bar. There was another guy trying to talk trash to me for no reason, (I was supporting Tech as an Aggie, and another tech guy tried to fight me for no reason) and the bouncer saw this. They kicked the other guy out because I was just hanging out. Great people. Amazing service. They treat all school properly and I respect that. I’ll be coming here every time I can. Don’t listen to the negative comments just because someone was drunk and trying to start stuff at this bar. Respect to the people who work here."

"Great spot! It's very much part of the neighborhood, with a nice atmosphere. We went for brunch on Father's Day, and while it wasn't terrible, it was a bit underwhelming. Perhaps it was just the dishes we chose (the pancakes were quite dry, and the French toast was just okay). There was a live performance during brunch, which was pretty good. I'd be willing to give it another shot for lunch or dinner."

"We had a reservation and were seated at 11:30, but the service was incredibly slow. We didn’t receive our food until 12:40. I ordered poached eggs, but they were hard boiled instead. I also ordered a burger topped with an egg, but the egg was cold and tasted rubbery. I wouldn't recommend this place until they improve their kitchen staff and service."
