"The experience we had on Wednesday night was horrible. We only saw one server running around to please our large party, I would've expected to have at least two servers to take care of us. Caroline started really sweet in the beginning of our dinning experience, however by the middle to the end of it she was rushing and kept disappearing. We come here once in a while and the service is outstanding but this time our server gave us poor service I would not recommend her. Overall she had somewhat knowledge of the menu. A manager never came to check on us. We called the same day to speak with a manager but had to call multiple times for someone to answer the phone."

"It is our family tradition to go here at least for each of our birthdays so that's 4+ times a year. We've had the hibachi several times and the food is delicious! Where can you go north of Concord to have that experience? The regular restaurant menu is LARGE and there's definitely something for everyone. WE LOVE THE BULGOGI and the calamari appetizer is PERFECT. My birthday is coming up within the week and we can't wait to go back! Just a note regarding one of the other reviews that mentions it was closed for a private party on that particular occasion they do close to the public for one night a year when they host a very large holiday party for a local business. If you're thinking of going on a Thursday or Friday within a couple weeks of Christmas, it's worth calling first to see which night they will be closed. We love the BINN!"

"It's been a while since we've stopped by this location, and we don't know why. The location has plenty of seating. It's very clean. The food and service are overall pretty good. The menu options are very close to what you might see on big boys and plenty to choose from along with a delightful dessert menu. I do recommend a visit.."

"Yeah...so it always takes me a minute to gather my thoughts and write my reviews so let's go! This isn't your typical MidAtlantic Seafood. They're scattered in and around the DMV, let's face it. This location is different. Ambiance? It's a carryout...or is it? Clean, great tables, televisions, and a bar? Exactly! You have the option to dine in. No plates, waitstaff, or cutlery. Definitely a carryout. We decided to dine in for lunch. Service? Like a carryout, place your order and wait BUT... these guys really go the extra mile. Asking questions politely, making sure you know what they offer and how it's prepared. My date has allergies, so that was very helpful and important. Now for the real question, is this carryout fare? Absolutely NOT. Extensive menu (stuffed salmon at a carryout? Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. So many choices, drinks, and even drinks to go. Just go...check out this MidAtlantic and see what the hype is. I'm definitely putting this one in rotation."

"I tried the sweet potato sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Having visited Nando's several times in London, I was thrilled to discover one right next to my hotel during my work trip to Chicago. The sandwich was fantastic, and I loved their sauces as well. The ambiance was enjoyable, but the service was a bit off. They have a contactless ordering system through your phone, and then the waitstaff brings your order to the table. I initially received the pita version of what I had ordered, followed by the wrap version :D. I felt guilty for sending the order back twice, but being 23 weeks pregnant, I was really craving the sandwich. Once it finally arrived, it was worth the wait!"

"I have been wanting to try Nando?s for a very very long time. Finally! We ordered the whole chicken and the wings. We also tried the custard tarts for dessert. I am not really a fan of the custard. They are ordinary for me. But the chicken and thesauces? those are a different story. I can understand the craze and hype about Nando?s and how they franchised so quickly. Icannot even find the right words to describe it. The chicken is halal, I believe, which is why it?s also a hit for our Muslimbrothers. The chicken is very tender and has the right amount of flavor that will complement any sauce you choose. From mild toextremely hot, you can dip or drown the chicken in any sauces and finish it to the bones. Ordering and paying is through theirwebsite or app. Make sure you put your table number if you are dining in and they will serve your order in 10-20 minutes. You donot need to buzz your table after eating. The staff will do that for you. Hence, you need to tip. You have to get your ownsauces, utensils, and fountain drink/water though. I have tried their juice as well. I think I ordered something with apineapple orange and it is very refreshing. Sweet but refreshing. Credit cards accepted. For this location, and mostestablishments nearby (that I have noticed), there is security present."

"I’ll just start by saying that I don’t typically review restaurants nor do I walk out of restaurants after I have placed my order but I feel like the reviews for this place can be misleading. I really wanted to check this place out because of all the hype surrounding it. The pictures of the food and restaurant in general looked great. But my experience was horrible. The waitress started by saying that they were out of a handful of key ingredients which greatly decreased our menu options. I then asked if I could have a selfie latte which I thought was pretty cool but she then informed me that the machine was broken. So we all asked for regular coffee’s, a round of waters, and placed our breakfast order. We got 3 waters for the adults and the 2 toddlers that were with us, got nothing. We sat for about 40 minutes and received nothing else. There was one waitress in the restaurant with three tables. One party was huge and I could understand she may have had a difficult time serving everyone but what I don’t understand is why she was the only person in the entire restaurant on a Sunday during prime brunch hours. I cannot speak for the food because we decided to leave after we sat for such a long time with two hungry toddlers but I can say that the service was horrible and I will not be going back here."

"recently changed ownership. The old owner is from my hometown. A sports atmosphere to it. It was great. Everybody love to go there. The new owners took a lot of the sports stuff down so the atmosphere has changed a bit. The portions of toppings on pizza and the cheese is less but prices have increased."

"Unfortunately, I came to this place as it was recommended by the hotel. Sat at the bar hungry thirsty. Zero acknowledgment! People were coming up to the bar ordering around me and never was asked for anything or looked my way. Was looking forward to the place as it looked decent. Had to walk out and find another place to eat and drink."

"I used to frequent this place when I worked in the city, but I haven't been back in over 5 years. It has significantly improved on the inside with newer furniture and decor. The staff was very friendly and dealt with the large crowd with patience and smiles. The potato I received tastes good, but unfortunately, it isn't what I ordered. This is the reason for 4 stars. I received a potato with chicken and shrimp, no bacon, when I should have had steak, shrimp, and bacon. It was also missing mushrooms. I didn't notice until I made it home and started to eat my meal. I live 30 mins away so I did the logical thing and ate what I had. Just be sure to triple check your food if you don't live nearby. This was an overall good experience, so I will be back."
