"The pizza here is good and I have ordered from here a lot. The restaurant always has super loud rap music playing which makes it hard to sit inside.I will probably not order from here again for a while. Tonight I placed an order a few hours before closing, for pick-up. I showed up to pick up the pizza and was told they cancelled the order. The app i used to ordered still said it was in the works and i showed it to all three employees in the building. I asked how I was supposed to know the order was cancelled when the app says its still in the works. One of the owners said I don 't know but I never accepted the order and turned his back to me and walked away. In my frustration I said it 's pretty f 'ed up that nobody told me my order was cancelled and I waited around and walked here to just find out my order isn 't being made . There were zero other customers in the place. One of the other owners then got in my face and said told me he didn 't want my business if I was going to use that language at his cousin .Roughly 15 minutes after I got home I received an email from the app that my order had been cancelled. I think the cook forgot to decline/cancel the order and only realized it once i showed up to pick up the pizza.The owners showed a complete lack of professionalism, didn 't try to problem solve, didn 't show any sign of understanding, and didn 't apologize. It would have been very easy for them to call and tell me they weren 't going to make the pizza. I know this because they weren 't busy. I showed up an hour before closing time and they were already closing up shop. Stools were already up on the bar and they were locking the doors.I will wait a while before I give them any more of my money. They appear to have some oversized egos that I don 't want to help keep inflating."
