"I ordered three meat combinations: brisket, baby back ribs, and pulled pork. Unfortunately, the baby back ribs were the most disappointing, lacking the flavor I was expecting after having enjoyed them elsewhere. I was really looking forward to them. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by the brisket! I didn’t have high expectations, but it was flavorful and perfectly smoked. The pulled pork was decent but nothing special—just average.
The standout side for me was the mac and cheese. You definitely have to try this when you visit! It was beautifully melted, slightly crispy from being broiled, and the inside had the perfect blend of cheesiness and al dente texture. I really enjoyed it!
As for the garlic mashed potatoes, they left me wanting a bit more flavor. Perhaps a bit of cheese or sour cream could elevate them? They felt like they were missing something.
