"First time here. OMG! I love vintage spots like this. I hope the owners never change a thing. The place is a step back in time in the best way. I tried a hot dog and a fry. The buns were steamed and the bread was like a cloud. The hot dogs were delicious and the bun to meat ratio was perfect. The dogs also had a slightly smokey flavor which was a nice touch. They also had a gentle snap when you bite them. The fries….. the best I’ve had in years and I am a fryoholic. The are hand cut, perfectly cooked and not at all greasy. These guys are professionals. Other places would try to use grease too long or fry at the wrong temperature. I actually went for fries but couldn’t resist having a dog with a bun a big deal I’m gluten free! I am only sorry I didn’t go back the next day had to fly home. Love this place, nostalgia, the food, and the attention to quality. I will be back next time in town."
