"Overall, everything about this place — from the awful food to the unhelpful staff and the clueless manager — was disappointing and a total waste of money. I barely touched my meal, showed the manager the gray eggs and the rot, but she only refunded me $2 out of the $24 I spent. Both of our plates were full, and even though I didn't eat anything, she insisted on charging me for the few bites I took. There was no proper waitress service, and when I attempted to explain the situation to the manager, she just said I should have come up to tell them sooner. What did she think I was doing? It was incredibly frustrating."
