"I had a delightful experience dining in for lunch at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5. The service was outstanding as well, receiving another 5 out of 5 for the attentive staff. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, also deserving a 5 out of 5 rating. "This restaurant deserves five stars, especially for their incredibly satisfying spicy chicken sandwich. In my opinion, they serve better chicken sandwiches than the popular competitors like Burger King and KFC. Additionally, it’s conveniently located next to the Tanger Outlet Malls. "I tried the new chicken wrap at this restaurant, which was not worth $3. There was hardly any lettuce and only half a slice of tomato. The fries were cold and soggy, and the store was not clean - there was grease and food on the lobby floor. Additionally, there was a place where cups and lids were missing, making it dangerous as they almost fell over. "It's a Burger King in Steelyard. Steelyard gets a bad rep but I don't believe it's all bad. There are some establishments that should retire but this isn't one of them.The staff was friendly. I ordered my son a cheeseburger no pickles, didn't know it came with mustard. He doesn't like mustard, they replaced his sandwich no problem.On another occasion the frozen coke was didn't really taste like coke. They gave us a replacement of a different flavor. No problem.It's Burger King. It's nothing fancy. You go with a Whopper with fries or onion rings and your favorite cola, and you are happy. So it really come down to service to me in these establishments and they seem to have a management with good heads on their shoulder.Things will never be perfect everytime, but if it isn't they will make an effort to fix it right away."

"I think I 'm pretty done with this location.It wouldn 't be the first time that I 've ordered ahead and had to wait without any communication. This time just irked me quite a bit, as it seemed like everyone there was intent on not even looking my way while I waited at the counter to pick up my meal. Just zero communication.About 25 minutes to half an hour I 'm just standing there. It took about 15 for them to even acknowledge me the first time so I could tell them I had ordered ahead and was there to pick up, and then about another 10 to 15 before someone acknowledged my existence again to just grab a bag that had been sitting there for the last 20 minutes anyway.I 've worked customer service. A simple hey, be with you in a sec! would have sufficed. But I felt like I had harassed them or something.In the same amount of time, I could have driven across town to McDonald 's. Kinda wish I did."

"Decent Burger King. The entrance is closer to the Dollar Tree, which is kind of tricky. We ordered at the Drive-thru, which was spacious enough and in clean condition. The food presentation was great, compared to other restaurants that have grease all over the items, and it was also tasty. I docked a point because they need to work on customer service. The girl that gave us our food was extremely rude, didn't give us napkins and was trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible, even though it was not busy (there were only 2 cars in-line including us) and it was in the early afternoon."

"2 stars because I understand that they are understaffed there, however service in general was fairly poor. Food-wise it is consistent with other burger kings under the condition you order anything that basic. When we went there were 3 employees, 2people in line before I was, and maybe 3 people for drive-tru. It took about 8 minutes for the first person in line to gethelped by the cashier and about another 5 for us to get to the front. From there it took about 20 minutes to get 2 doublecheeseburgers and 2 whopper juniors. In the time we were waiting, 2 different customers from the drive thru entered the storesaying that their order was wrong and the person infront of us also had their order wrong, however they had to wait at least 5minutes to get someone's attention to get help. 3 customers and a Walmart employee also left since they were not being helped."
