"Got there right in time for our reservation and we were seated immediately. Waiter came to get our drink orders. We both had minor drink menu questions, neither of which he could answer. Brought my friends (NA) drink right away. I got my cocktail a good 10-15 minutes later (from someone else). We were there for a full half hour before I finally grabbed another employee to let them know we had tickets to a show and needed to order our food. A few minutes later our waiter finally came back to take our food order. Someone else brought us our food. My friend got something completely different than what she ordered. Thankfully, given the time constraints, it was something she was willing to eat so we let it go. The next (and 3rd time) we saw our waiter was when we paid our bill. Never checked on us, never filled water, nothing. The nachos were terrible. The service was terrible. The location was convenient for the theaters downtown but that was the only real positive of the whole experience. Lower your expectations and be prepared to wait."
