"I regret not trying this place sooner because after dinner last night, I would say this is definitely in my top five favorite Italian restaurants in LA list. It's in a really busy and fun part of town. This part of West Hollywood is not as busy as the North end so parking isn't as bad but it's still difficult at certain times. We were able to find a metered street spot right out front, but we were just lucky with the timing. Otherwise it will be $15 for valet. I especially love how the inside is designed. It has a classy 1920s feel to it and I especially love how dark it is inside, and how each table has its own lighting. It really adds to the mood. They also have a very large and busy bar that had every seat taken during our entire meal. Our server was very polite and all of our items came out quickly after placing the order. They have a fairly large menu with a lot of great options on it. The hardest part for me was narrowing down which ones I wanted to order because there were so many that I wanted to get. I started off with the Whipped Ricotta and thought it was fantastic. It's a really sweet and cheesy start to the meal. Next was the Fried Artichokes and honestly they were some of the best that I've ever had. First off, you can eat the entire thing and secondly, the flavors were just terrific. Next came the Steak Tartare and I thought it was wonderful. The black truffle really adds to the flavor and I especially loved the quail egg. For our entrées, we chose the Butternut Squash Tortellini and the Lamb Ragu Cavatelli. Both were good sized portions and were cooked perfectly. The flavors were just very rich and we enjoyed every bite. They did have some good dessert options but by this time of meal, we were just too full. Overall one of my favorite Italian restaurants in all of Los Angeles. I definitely would recommend to anyone for any occasion, and I plan to be back in the future."

"I love DGF. I come here most days of the week to pick up the most yummy salads in FiDi. They never get old since there are a plethora of organic toppings and super premium meats. While at a premium price, you are never shorted since the salads feel like 3x servings and I always leave full. The owner, Ron, is the nicest and most accommodating man as well. When I have a group out for lunch, he reserves a very large table (12 seats) in the really cool upstairs space. No one else in the downtown area has space like this. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is conscious about the food they take in everyday, but who don't want to put heaps of thought into their choices. Nothing on the menu seems unhealthy."

"We arrived around 6:15 PM, leaving us little time to both dine and enjoy a drink, so we opted to utilize the hotel’s amenities. We were thrilled with our choice. The buffalo chicken wings were heavenly, and the charcuterie plate was simply outstanding. However, what truly made our experience memorable was Tony, who served our drinks and food. His enthusiastic, friendly demeanor and genuine love for the city were truly remarkable. He is an invaluable asset to this hotel and reflects great credit on himself and the Crowne Plaza. Thank you for such a delightful and fulfilling experience. Thanks to Tony, we will definitely return. New York, you should take pride in providing exceptional service that creates lasting memories!"

"I had my first experience at this restaurant, and I must say, I was truly satisfied. It just opened this summer, so don’t worry if you think you’ve missed your chance to visit. It’s a lovely spot for any special occasion with your loved ones. They serve brunch, which I found to be quite generous. The Hollandaise sauce is among the best I’ve ever had, and the potatoes were cooked to perfection. The coffee is decent, and if you’re in the mood for cocktails, you’re in luck! If you plan to visit the family garden afterwards, I recommend saving the drinks for later. I traveled three hours to get here, and I would happily do it again. Looking forward to my next visit!"
