"We came here looking for a quick bite before catching our flights. Not only did the food come out super quickly, but the quality of the dishes were phenomenal. Gnocchi was soft and pillowy… and each bite with the arugula pesto and silky burrata was perfection. Amatriciana was solid, although I wish there were more guanciale for flavor. Risotto Milanese was al dente, and divine with bone marrow and saffron flavors. Lastly, the branzino was cooked to perfection crispy skin with buttery soft fish meat. The pizza was okay, and I’d skip that for more entrees next time. I’ll definitely be returning next time I find myself in the Venetian Palazzo!"
