"Let me start out by saying the food is great but the owner is absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. He will not give you his name and will argue with you over a missing salad dressing. I will also state a large group of people place these orders as least weekly and have placed thousands of dollars worth of orders in 2023 alone. We will now be looking for another local pizza company that will be grateful for our business. Good luck to the employees who have to work for such a terrible individual. Good luck to the customer in their food being right, don’t call and tell them anything is wrong as you will be the problem and just get yelled at and hung up on.Response to the owner: it was not mayo it was blue cheese dressing which we did not find, you hung up on me and I called a second time after you refuse to let me speak to Nikki or Amber. You seriously are terrible and can’t even get the information correctly as you don’t care. Little do you know those thousands spent there in 2023 were on my credit card and myself and others will not be ordering from such a terrible business owner. You may still have other co workers order there but it will be very few and orders will be very minimal for 1-2 people. It’s very amusing that you are trying to make yourself look good by lying in the review and to literally yell at a customer over “blue cheese” and hang up on them. You clearly are too big headed of a business owner and just remember who pays your bills, the customer. Good luck with all your future business"

"The food was average. Nothing to write home about, eggs under cooked. I ordered over medium and they were over easy if not lite by the runny whites. The real complaint was the service. The server we had this morning should reconsider her line of work. The worst of our experience was her literally pulling the entire table away from us to wipe a spot of dried syrup off that we asked her too upon our arrival. The kicker was she didn't even have the towel on her at the time she ripped the table away from us leaving us awkwardly sitting there exposed and embarrassed with her attitude and annoyance about being asked to clean the table. She never brought menus to our 2 joiners. Took about 5 or more minutes to ask one of them their drink order and seemed annoyed. She over all was not personable. I've been a server for 18 years, this line of work takes personality and pleasantries. Coach her on it please. My description of today should pinpoint exactly who it was."

"If you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all... is usually how I roll but I tried 4 flavors and it was all grainy or icy. I waited about a half hour in line for what was the worst ice cream I've ever had in my life. I threw out my raspberry oreo and my wife threw out her chocolate soft serve. I'm not sure why anyone is here paying these prices for the most flavorless ice cream on earth. My black raspberry tasted like it was scrapped off the side of the freezer with orange sherbert. The soft serve was also grainy. The texture was not at all creamy. I'm curious who makes thier ice cream, but it's got to be the lowest butter fat all water ice cream I've ever had. Super disappointed. If you like this place I urge you to try other places somewhere that sells Richardson ice cream or something of quality."

"The menu was big, the prices in my opinion were cheap for what you get! If you're hungry, that's your fault! The portions are large and the food is delicious, I ordered the beach friets, Pommes frites in cheese bacon and ranch lubricated) I got my ranch on the side, a turkey and gravy sandwich, that was full of delicious turkey and some baked mushrooms. everything was delicious and the portions great! I could not recommend this place enough! BTW, my bill was about $23.55 and I took most with me and I can eat... You don't fool my size you. the beach friars had fed the whole table and that's not an exaggeration!"

"This restaurant is not what it used to be. I ordered the Texas Double Burger and it wasn't made with hamburger beef like it used to be. I'm not sure what kind of meat it was. The burgers used to be nice and greasy, made with all beef. I also got overcharged. I definitely won't be returning."

"My husband and I stopped along the road. We're hungry, so we went to the Deli to see what they had on the menu. I noticed they had reuben sandwiches, and I always loved a good reuben, but it was not able to find all those who served the one my mother in law in their small restaurant that she had on Dykeman street 45 years ago. Well, let's just say Steve's reuben was the absolute best I've ever eaten!!! The cured beef was warm and fresh and not boiled to death on the grill and the sauerkraut was perfect! I must say that the Koleslaw was also delicious! I give you 5 stars and the service was good."

"We used The Flame for a large indoor event and ordered $1000 worth of food. The pulled- pork with their homemade BBQ sauce is the best! All their sides are excellent, especially their greens, pierogies and baked beans. I would NOT recommend their hamburgers or hotdogs. They're not grilled. They appear to have been mass baked in an oven. Spend a little more and get their shredded meats or ribs or brisket. Overall, I highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future."

"Super cute and clean diner on the inside even if the outside looks very simple. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, it made my group happy to be there. I absolutely loved the fries and my bacon burger, only wish we'd gotten more. Their portions for the burgers and pricing felt very fair. We also got a chocolate malt that was delicious. I look forward to coming back. Parking: Small parking lot overall with two entrances that could be a little tricky to get into due to it being directly next to a light. It was not extremely busy during my visit so plenty of spots were available."

"If you have allergies, I'd advise against visiting this restaurant! I asked the manager about the type of oil they use, and she assured me it was 100% vegetable oil. Since I have a soy allergy, I requested to see the label to confirm if it contained soy. The manager replied that they didn't have a bottle available and reiterated that they only used vegetable oil. I think there was a communication issue, as my request to check the label was ignored. Given the uncertainty, I ultimately chose not to order anything. The manager showed little concern for my allergies and seemed quite indifferent about the situation. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru for over an hour, then had to wait another 10 minutes to place my order. The lady gave me the wrong size drink and my chili cheese hotdog was missing key toppings. I was also missing fries from my order and when I asked for sauce, the employee closed the window in my face. When I went inside to inquire about my missing fries, the staff was rude and treated me poorly. I have never experienced such terrible service at a fast food restaurant before. I want a refund for my money as the food was subpar. The employees had a terrible attitude and even refused to give me my change. The manager did not handle the situation well and the employees were unprofessional. Do not waste your money at this establishment."
