"I been going to Mastros for many years and the service and food has always been exceptional until last night. Food was ok the Mac and cheese was super dry couldn’t fine the cheese. The service was poor. Our waiter did not provide the same service as the other tables that he was serving . First, my steak was undercooked I ordered my filet well done. Our waiter took back to the kitchen then after a few minutes he brought it back and it was cooked well done. Our waiter came to check if my steak was well done the second time which it was. After that one time he never came back to ask if everything was good or if we needed anything. He’ll pass by our table and wouldn’t acknowledge us he’ll just go ask the other people at the other two tables he was also serving. It’s very upsetting of not getting the same service as the other large parties he was serving. Every table regardless of the size party should receive the same service."

"I went to this place to get lunch in my 30 min break since I work close by. Waited 25 minutes for them to cook my BV Burger. I've been a cook for 12 years it doesn't take that long to cook a burger. Not only was the burger taking forever but it was the smallest burger I've ever eaten... and for $17? What a rip off. At least it was small enough to finish in less than 5 minutes before my break was up. There was absolutely nothing special about it. Don't go to this place."

"When checking in I gave my name and time that I made the reservation. The host could not find it. Her reply in a condescending tone was “You sure you made a reservation?” When I show her the reservation on the app she replied, “Yea I found it!” When we went to order drinks off of their fall drink menu, the waitress stopped us and told us that they were out of every single drink on the fall menu and they hadn’t had any of them since early September. Why is the drink list in the menu if they don’t have a single drink? When we asked about coffee, the waitress told us they didn’t have any coffee. The coffee machine was broken."

"Went there New Year's Eve with friends, The waitress was relatively new but had a nice personality and was working hard to make everyone happy. We all ordered our meals and mine was the nachos. I ordered mine without cheese as I'm lactose intolerant and sure enough when all the dinners came out they had cheese on my nachos. I waited 30 minutes while everyone finished at dinner and my new nachos came out. I ordered it with buffalo chicken and the cook decided to also pour hot sauce all over the chips because there was no cheese. It was difficult to eat they also decided this time to have all the toppings on this side! It was awful I didn't return that because I was hungry and my friends had eaten their meals and it was time to head out so I ate it. I have to speak to the manager to discuss their policies about getting food out quicker when they mess them up and he was rude and arrogant! The only thing I wanted was to tell him that he should work on meals when they're messed up as quickly as possible so people don't have to wait a long time but you wouldn't have it. I'm going there many times over the years that was the last."

"We went to this place because it was kid friendly and seemed popular. They had arcade games and lots of food and beer. The only good thing was the beer. We placed our order then We tried to play the arcade games aftering asking if it was open. none of the games worked and they just eat our money very unhappy 4 year old) After waiting an hour for our food we asked if we could get it to go instead as our daughter was getting cranky. It took another 40 minutes before my husband went to check then the waiter brought us food that had been sitting on the counter for a long time. We get back to our room and go it eat and the food was cold and not made right at all : For how much money we paid for the food and how long we waited we were all very disappointed in the food and experience. Will never be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone"
