"I used to frequent this restaurant often and loved it, but after the 2021 new update in 2023, I'm not sure what happened. The staff is awful now. I recently ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger with chicken instead of beef, and when I received it, all I got was a bun with a lot of mayo and thousand island dressing, along with no toppings, bacon, or cheese that I paid extra for. When I called to complain, they told me to come back the next day for a fresh meal. However, when I returned, I was given a bunch of excuses about why they couldn't help me. This experience really showed how much the quality of this place has declined. Perhaps they should consider replacing the old staff with better employees.
