"The owner, Gary was degrading, unprofessional dishonorable. After we ate at Hudson Anchor, both my husband and I felt ill after our meal, so I called the owner, Gary. In speaking to him I also told him we were overcharged for an appetizer. He initially promised to credit the appetizer after several days, he hadn 't taken care of it. When I texted him to remind him, he texted me offered for us to come back he 'll take 25% off our bill in lieu of issuing the credit. We asked for the credit again it was still not taken care of after a week. When I texted him again I asked him for a credit in full as this has gone on for several weeks without resolution. He immediately texted back I 'll issue a FULL refund . A week later, he issued a $14 credit, not the credit in FULL as he promised via text. When I asked him today to please issue the remaining credit so we can wrap this up he wrote back Never in my life in the three different businesses I’ve had did anybody ever do what you’re doing to me have a nice day this issue is now closed . This review could have easily been how the owner turned a bad meal into a great customer experience. Gary, the owner could have done the right thing from the beginning we would have a glowing review."
