"Spiegeltent is a beautiful place. A cabaret tent designed in 1920, it is put up every summer on the grounds of Bard College. The space has a magical ambience, featuring crystal chandeliers, mirrors and stained glass windows. As for the food, it is pretty good, especially considering that the place is a summer performance venue. Offerings include good salads, burgers, chicken dishes, vegan entrees, etc. Drinks include specialty cocktails, nice wine and microbrews. The service is very good, the staff friendly and reliable. Most people who eat there are trying to get to a concert or other performance on time, so the servers usually help to keep diners on track. Highly recommended."
