"My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this Cluck U for about 2 years now. The food always tasted amazing though they needed to improve delivery containers (Sweet Chili Sauce was always everywhere). We really loved the fact that the wings were “supersized”. They were abnormally big but that’s how we liked em. We would order sometimes multiple times a month because it was that good. I could only ever finish 3 wings out of my 5 because they were so huge. This is literally the only place I buy wings from and there’s a wing shop 5 mins from my home vs. your 20. (That’s how good it was) We ordered tonight thinking it would be the same. Upon receiving the delivery, (after an hour wait) we realized they made some new changes. They improved the delivery containers to the plastic standard container vs styrofoam but at what cost? the wings. The wings were sacrificed. Instead of those big beautiful juicy crispy delights we got VERY regular sized, subpar wings. Some wings were half the size of others, especially with the flat pieces (so much so that there should have been extra pieces to supplement). I don’t know if it was to fit in the container, but it wasn’t worth it. Also the “bees” recipe was not the same. Please dunk it in whatever flavoring (sugar/cinnamon/honey) vs just pouring it over top. All in all this last meal was really disappointing and not what we were anticipating. My boyfriend has lost faith and won’t be ordering again. I hope to give you guys another chance, but PLEASE bring back the Godzilla wings otherwise I cannot continue with your services."
