"Online menu has not been updated — prices have increased significantly which is understandable but they should update their website. Have gone twice during busy times, Sunday lunch and weekday at 7PM very empty restaurant. Maybe the prices are bit too high for what you get?Good place to get chilaquiles great variety each order comes with a piece of steak.With so many other Mexican restaurants in the area — you’re probably better off going somewhere else unless you’re specifically craving over priced chilaquiles."

"This was the first time I had ever tried this place. No one recommended it, I just saw the restaurant and decided to give it a try. My husband and I, along with out 2 year old order from here and it was amazing. The pork chop was damn there grilled to perfection. It was succulent, tender and have a distinct flavor that I enjoyed quite a bit. My husband order arroz con pollo and he said the fried rice was delicious. We even ordered dessert, which was different but in an exciting way. I would definitely recommend this place if you looking for something different. This place just spelled out 'authentic ' in every aspect. The staff was super nice and had smiles on their faces. Even my daughter ate most of her meal. But beware the portions are much larger than I initially thought, which was a delightful surprise to me. Thank you for making my first time visit a smaching success. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meals. Parking: It sits right next to Boot Barn."

"Good spot for tasty, filling breakfasts. I LOVED the oatmeal pancakes and liked the corned beef hash (though it's not quite as exciting as it looks). The eggs, sausage, and toast were nice but standard. Portions were very large prepare for leftovers unless you're very hungry. Service was efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice lots of locals coming in and chatting, giving it a real neighborhood feel. Décor was simple but nice, and interior was breezy and pleasant. Good spot for breakfast in the mission."

"The decor is super vibrant and fun, color and art everywhere. Went at 8ish on a Sunday night and was seated quickly. Heads up to introverts, people with noise sensitivity, the music was extremely loud...it was actually super jarring went I first walked in. You have to shout to be heard between songs...not a bad thing just something to consider. They have karaoke and a very fun vibe/atmosphere. I ordered chicken Nachos, which were a good size for the price and empanadas which are large and well filled, but the flavor was not my preference..had a vinegar background flavor. Again, not bad but not my favorite. Also had an horchata...very very sweet! They have lots of drink options and a pretty extensive menu. Would recommend for night out with friends/family, but maybe not a first date given the volume."

"Best Mexican restaurant in Lancaster. I've been a loyal customer here for the past two years. I genuinely can't bring myself to eat at any other Mexican restaurants in town after eating here. The food is very authentic and always delicious. The prices are very reasonable. One of the rare places to find a cheap but good meal in the city. I'm also gluten free and have never had a problem with my allergies after eating here."

"Updated 11/2022 — I returned to explore more breakfast options and was thrilled with the Oreo crepe, which was amazing, as well as the cookie butter waffle. Both dishes were quite sweet but incredibly delicious. This is a fantastic local café! I also had the strawberry Nutella waffle during my visit and really enjoyed it. There are so many wonderful choices on the menu."

"I don't know how this place has such a high rating because we tried it twice and both times were a fail. We ordered regular nachos and the nacho chips were stale and they were stingy with the cheese. We also got cheeto pies (made with the small 25 cent bag of chips) that barely had any cheese as well. Neither one of the items were worth the cost. Then we went back another time to try the snow cones and just like their toppings, they barely put any of the juices/flavoring in the snow cones. It didn't even matter because there wouldn't have been enough flavoring to cover the bad taste of the ice. If you like the taste of city water, then this is the snow cone for you. We couldn't even get a 1/4 way through before having to throw them away. We really wanted to like this place as it's so close by but definitely will just take a 15 minute drive to Flamingo Chill where you get quality and quantity for a better price."

"I've been coming here for 17 years, and my wife ordered the Birria quesadilla, thinking it was made with beef. They never mentioned it was goat. After taking one bite, she realized it wasn't the same and asked to exchange it for something else. However, apparently, there's a new policy that doesn't allow for exchanges because we should know what we ordered. The thing is, we aren't familiar with how they prepare their dishes. I usually make my birria with beef, so we ended up wasting $12 on something we couldn't eat. At least my dog will enjoy it!"

"I selected this restaurant because they serve ile flottante, my favorite dessert, but the rest of the meal was fantastic. Started with a great cocktail (tequilla), and split the roast duck with my friend. It was huge and made for wonderful leftovers. The sides were flavorful, as was the salad (which I usually find boring). The service was impeccable, everyone was very nice and the waiter carefully explained the menu. We went on a rainy Tuesday night and sadly the place was nearly empty. I plan to return and hope it's still there! It was that good!"

"The restaurant was empty but for two old men and us. Only two customers! I ordered chicken milanesas with french fries and salad: they brought me chicken with vegetables and rice. I said : at least discount the salad that you never gave me : sorry, we call the boiled vegetables salad . They did not even apologized. By then we were the only customers. First and last time we 'll go there. The milanesas were good, and that is the only reason I give them two stars. There is no air conditioner ."
