"Charming country-themed decor located just off the main road, combined with friendly, albeit somewhat slow, service. The extensive menu features a variety of options, including gyros, clam chowder, banh mi, and fish tacos. Unfortunately, the flavors of the dishes were merely average, though they were sufficient for a quick lunch. The special Caesar salad was made entirely of raw kale, which was quite tough to chew. The banh mi was overloaded with meat and had a pool of grease at the bottom of the plate. The chowder was passable but disappointingly underseasoned. The fish tacos were as forgettable as expected, but the fries were crispy and delicious. The highlight of the meal was the excellent local ice cream we enjoyed in a root beer float. While I’d return for the homemade ice cream, I’d likely look for a different spot for a quick meal."
