"Jens is the place for a wonderful dinner. Both service and food were outstanding and well worth the price. Portions were in line with or exceeded for the prices that were charged. Noise level was moderate (light music) and server was very attentive but not overbearing or bothersome. Dress ranges from dressy to business casual. Jens is one of my favorite restaurants!"

"We love coming to Hamiltonâs and often do. Last night, however, the steak salad was mediocre at best. Steak was very tough, portions inedible and unable to be cut with the knife provided. I told the waiter the steak was very tough and requested a steak knife. He brought the steak knife but there was no follow up or comment on his part as to my satisfaction w/ the steak. Half of it was left on my plate. Not good!"

"I had been sent off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"I was first introduced to Il Terrazzo two years ago when a friend of mine took me here for a late birthday celebration. That friend passed away a few months after but I still try to come here a few times a year, always with the intention of bringing someone close to me to this special place the same way Rodney did with me. I had dinner here last week after the Art Walk and it was amazing! For starters we ordered the calamari and antipasto assortito. I ordered the Ravioloni Pesce and my boyfriend ordered the Capellini DiMare. We were surprised with a slice of tiramisu and a Happy Anniversary greeting from Fabricio. Fabricio and all of the staff at Il Terrazzo always give their best service. It 's always a good time at Il Terrazzo. I highly recommend everyone to check out the best charming Italian restaurant in Pioneer Square. Thank you Il Terrazzo for making our anniversary so special."

"This was our second visit to Old Lisbon and we went with friends promising them a wonderful dining experience. When we arrived the restaurant was full and we were seated quickly. Our waiter took our drink bottle of wine and food orders and we waited for our appetizers to be served. We were splitting appetizers as I knew from our last visit that the portion size is large enough to split. The sausage croquettes did come out in about minutes but our eggplant dish did not. Finally we called over our waiter and asked where it was and he claimed that we had never ordered it when in fact it was the first dish we did order and we repeated it to him twice. As some time had transpired since we first placed our orders we asked if the reordering of the eggplant dish would interfere with our main courses being served as we didn’t want them served together. He said don’t worry so you know what happened next, they came out virtually together. On a scale the waiter’s attention to detail would be rated a Aside from screwing up the order he never visited our table to see if we needed anything unless we called him over. The restaurant added the gratuity to the bill which may account for the poor service. The food was good but the service was awful and we will never go to Old Lisbon again after this experience"

"This is definitely one of the best places for a meal in the local area. When you walk in, you are greeted by the host and if waiting for others, there is seating available. Once inside, the warm wood tones help you relax and sit back while your server ensures that you have everything you like to drink and provides a fantastic onion roll to hold back that starving feeling you may have. I ordered a petite filet mignon with a side of macaroni and cheese. When I order a medium rare steak, I expect it to come out medium most of the time. But this medium rare was medium rare! Topped with a Parmesan crust, it is one of the best steaks I have had in quite some time. The Mac and cheese was also cooked perfectly and provided the perfect balance to my steak. Others at my table got the lump crab cake sandwich which had rave reviews, and the club sandwich which was also reported to be good. For dessert, I have the triple chocolate cake. The cake was also... perfect. The icing was just thick enough and the cake tasted like it was made that morning. Yes, this can be a pricey meal, but it is perfect for special occasions."

"A charming spot to enjoy brunch. Food: Delightful flavors, served at the right temperature. However, the queso was a bit too runny, and the portion size didn't quite match the price. Their bottomless mimosas were decent, but the limit of three servings can be a bit of a deal when each glass costs $5. Service: Our waiter was exceptionally courteous, providing the kind of attentive service one would expect from a high-end dining establishment. Atmosphere: The restaurant boasts a plethora of cozy booths, and we were fortunate to be seated by the window, adding to the overall experience. Price: Reasonably priced, with an average cost of around $15 per person. While some portion sizes left us wondering, the overall value was acceptable."

"The service at this restaurant was disappointing. It seems they excel mainly in their bar area, and even then, there are better options available. The food is only enjoyable if you’re quite intoxicated, and the service was the worst I've experienced. Don't bother voicing your concerns to the General Manager; he’ll just become defensive and go on a lengthy rant about how redeeming gift certificates and offering the Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays will hurt their profits. I always thought gift certificates were like cash! It’s no surprise the waitstaff's attitudes and service are lacking; it all seems to stem from the General Manager's demeanor."

"My daughter and I decided on looking at a map of the area and the first restaurant she pointed to, we would try out. This made for a rememberable dining experience and not in a good way. First, we entered the establishment prior to lunch and the hostess/waitress' back was towards us while she was at the bar talking to another employee so she might not have heard us come in, but the other employee saw us and made no mention to her that we are standing at the front desk/entrance. After about 3 minutes she turns around and was surprised to see us there (First red flag). We chose the outdoor patio after being seated and offered beverages. My daughter asked the waitress about the difference in some of the dishes she was interested in and the waitress seemed as if this was too much (Second red flag) of a hassle so my daughter ordered a simple Ceasar salad and I ordered Wild Mushroom and Walnut Tortellini with a glass of Chianti. The Ceasar salad was wilted with way too much dressing on top and not worth the $10.49 price and my order of tortellini pasta was way past al dente with the ends flopping around in the sauce. It was palatable at best. (Third red flag) The air around the patio area smelled of off gas(old food that has been stuck in a pipe for months). If you look at their logo the words Italian, Market and Café are separated. I think the products they sale or display fits into the category of Italian Market, but I have tasted way better food on the side streets of a Roman café near tourist traps."

"it began with the host, someone who seemed to be lifeless and could not care if there were any customers at all in the restaurant so they did not move. they would ask their questions and they wouldn't even answer. she would point to the table we have to sit on. later I asked where the toilet room was and she pointed towards the toilet room without looking at my face. then our waiter poured the bottle of wine I chose, and only half of a customs into the glass of my wife, and would have filled my weinglas on the rim, I would not have told him to stop. definitiw does not know what he does. had no idea about the menu points. all he could say was that he never tried to escape, but “Nobody has ever taken to home leftovers” really? they have ruined my order of steak and chickens and forgot that. was not impressed with the service at all. I think every fast restaurant would offer a better experience than this place. I would not recommend this place urgently."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. We will be back!"

"Big Sky is a well-established semi-upscale eatery. Their menu is marked with about ten V symbols, which the menu explains are items that can be made vegan . As it turns out, making something vegan means taking away essential parts of the dish and either having no replacement or having an unsuitable replacement. For example, the flatbread with hummus and baba ganouj is made with butter, and the server offered no other bread to go with (he suggested cucumber slices). The vegan option on the Reuben Sandwich is replacing the meat with beet slices, and no replacement for the thousand island dressing (we sent that one back). I had the Noodle Bowl with Tofu, which is one of the few vegan items worth pursuing. Nice place, just wish they were as vegan-friendly as their menu leads you to believe."

"My friend and I had another excellent meal at J. Razzo's. It was a sad occasion, since it may be the last time we dine there before they close. We've enjoyed so many delicious meals there, and the service is always friendly and attentive. We're really going to miss J. Razzo's and wish Mr. Perazzo the best in the coming days, hoping he will find another venue."

"Today was my first time coming here. We were greeted warmly at the first door and our reservation was confirmed. At the next desk, the young lady confirmed our name and we were taken to our table. Our server, Wendell, greeted us warmly and made wonderful recommendations for the drinks and lunch specials. He took wonderful care of us. We were served warm bread and dipping sauce. We ordered the Bruschetta for an appetizer, sweet tea and a elderberry lemonade. I ordered the domestic lamb chops with seafood risotto and green beans. The other plate has the same except for roasted garlic mashed potatoes. The food is absolutely delicious and was worth every penny. We were so full that we couldn't get any dessert but, we will next time. I would highly recommend coming here. We will be back."

"Expected much better based on the reviews. Dined alone- the Paloma was well made. The oysters were really poorly shucked, with numerous bits of shells- really not cool when you?re charging $21 for a half dozen, shows a lack of professionalism. The burgerwas fine, but kind of haphazard, not great. Seems like a problem of having too big of a menu- if this place focused on gettingless things more right, it would be better. But business is good so i predict they?ll get worse. Service was good, outsideambiance is good, but my experience here would discourage me from returning."
