"The decor had a charming country vibe with low lighting that set a cozy atmosphere. Our server was exceptionally friendly and enjoyable to chat with. The only hiccups we encountered were that our main courses took a while to arrive and my salmon, which I ordered rare, was slightly overcooked. Nonetheless, the food was quite good.
We started with the lobster ravioli appetizer, which was incredibly rich, featuring generous chunks of lobster in each large ravioli. The complimentary bread was delightful—served warm and baked perfectly as a whole loaf. As a big fan of bread, I could have devoured the entire loaf, and even declined a second one when offered, knowing I would have eaten it all on my own!
The salads were crisp and fresh with just the right amount of dressing. The prime rib received high praise from our group, and while my salmon was a bit dry in the center, it still had great flavor. I especially enjoyed the wild rice that accompanied it, cooked al dente and adding a nice, nutty taste.
For dessert, we ordered to-go options: carrot cake and chocolate ganache cake. I savored the ganache cake throughout the week, indulging in a few bites each night—it was incredibly rich. I also tried the carrot cake, which was delicious.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience."
