"I eat at the riverside location regularly, so I thought I would try the location by cottonwood mall expecting the quality to be the same. I have to say the food was awful, I got an order of spring rolls and a Bahn mi. The bread for the Bahn mi was very hard and obviously old, not to mention the ingredients were poorly placed in there as though they had literally thrown the ingredients in there. As for the springs rolls they were loose and only had rice noodles, carrots and the Protein. Honestly such a bad experience I can’t say that I’ll be going back to any of there locations after this. Please give the cottonwood location the training and attention it needs. They will likely ruin the reputation you’ve built with the riverside location."
