"The Philly steak and cheese sandwich was fantastic. The French fries were served hot and crispy. They prepare everything fresh to order right in front of you. My wife's cheeseburger was also tasty, and she enjoyed the seasoning they suggested for the fries. The restaurant itself is a bit worn, and our neighboring table could have used some cleaning, but unfortunately, no one addressed it during our visit."

"I have been visiting Nashua House for 40 years. We used to stop by for a slice of pizza and a pinball game on our way home from Spring Street Junior School, which is now the Superior Court Building. It remains just as wonderful as ever. Everything on the menu is fantastic—especially their spinach pizza, subs, and baklava. I can always count on them. "The food here is absolutely incredible! I heard that the pasta is made fresh by hand. I tried the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and I was amazed by the sauce and the flavors of the chicken, not to mention the generous portion size. I truly love this restaurant. The pizza was fantastic too, with a beautifully crispy crust. The service is great as well! My cycling group comes here every Sunday night after our rides, and the owner is always so happy to see us. "Absolutely delicious food and impeccable service! The gentleman who was working that night was incredibly polite and helpful—he even assisted me with parking my car. The pizza was nothing short of amazing: flavorful and fresh. We ordered half with chicken and catupiry and half baiana, and it was perfect. I wish I lived nearby so I could order from them frequently. The restaurant has spacious tables and the entire place was very clean and well-ventilated. The bathroom was also tidy and organized. "It’s not my usual area, but we needed somewhere for a quick meal. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated promptly, and the service was definitely on point. I tried the Eggs Benedict, which were quite tasty, but the real highlight was the home fries. They were hands down the best I've ever had—perfectly seasoned and nice and crispy. My husband opted for a lettuce-wrapped burger with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, the burger didn't impress; the meat was rather bland, and we suspect it might have come from a frozen patty. On the bright side, the sweet potato fries were enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and I would definitely return just for those fantastic home fries."

"BREAKFAST REVIEW Just your neighborhood cafe with what feels like home cooking and good vibes. Nothing fancy but everything done right. It's run by the nicest couple of empty nesters who wanted to start their own cafe. They live in the neighborhood too and seem to know a lot of the people who stop in. I had the Southwest scramble and I shared an order of French toast with my friends. Both were similar to how I would cook at home and both were delicious. They have a pretty big menu, especially in the egg section, so you'll be able to find something that appeals to you. Prices are really reasonable too. I would definitely recommend you stop in!"

"On 09/17/2023, we ordered takeout from The Brown Jug to be delivered to our hotel near the airport. We had just arrived from an overseas trip and were extremely jet lagged. Our order consisted of one Tuscany pizza and one Caesar salad to share. The restaurant promised delivery within an hour and it arrived on time at 5:30 pm. The delivery person, named Linda I believe, was very friendly. She delivered our order along with another customer's order at the same time. The other customer checked their order first and seemed satisfied. Linda then handed us our order, and we, exhausted from our journey, foolishly assumed it would be correct without checking. When we opened the bag in our room, we discovered that the Tuscany pizza was missing the pesto topping and we had received potato skins instead of our Caesar salad. Despite our fatigue, we managed to eat one slice of pizza before going straight to bed. It was disappointing to have both items in our order incorrect."

"We were lured in by “best pizza on the west side” and it was ok at best. Had to wait 15 minutes to even put in our order. The “Buffalo boneless chicken” did not come with Buffalo sauce on it- had to add ourselves. The sauce was straight Frank’s, so not great. I liked the pizza, both my daughter and husband did not care for the flavor. Our slice we got separate from the whole pizza was burned on the end. Overall, decent but slightly disappointed."

"We went here for lunch on Saturday. This is located in the downtown Mammoth. There is limited free parking on the roadside or Pai parking across the road. We ordered custom pita sandwiches and a custom falafel salad. I added red pepper hummus tzatziki pepperonchini, falafel, chipotle sauce, spicy jalapeño and feta. The falafel pitas were good and so was the custom salad. However one thing that off-putting was that they were using the same gloves for handling vegetarian and non vegetarian items."

Tables, chairs and floor absolutely filthy. There were 3employees working that I could see and no customers in the store but me as I write this review and what are the employees doing?Chatting it up!!! No worries that customers get to walk into a dirty food place. Then another customer comes in and asks for awet nap to wipe a table and instead of this lazy girl going to clean the tables she hands a rag and spray bottle to thecustomer? I mean call me old fashion but I thought that was her job? Anyways hopefully this business owner can get this squaredaway because this is lots of wasted labor dollars!!!!!"
