"My wife and I were looking for a relaxed place to dine outside and have a fun dinner. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Our server took quite a while to come to our table, which was frustrating as we were eager to order drinks. Eventually, they took our drink order and brought them quickly, but our beer was delayed. After that, we hardly saw our server for a long time. When our entrees arrived without our appetizer, we had to remind them and it was brought out halfway through our meal. The food was decent, with the nachos being a standout, but the mac and cheese was missing the promised bread crumbs. Our drinks were never refilled and we had to wait a long time for the check. Overall, these issues, while minor individually, added up to a less than pleasant experience. The server was apologetic and comped our appetizer, which was a nice gesture. It may have just been an off night or a new server, but I probably wouldn't recommend visiting on a Saturday night. On the bright side, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area despite it being a bit cramped. The atmosphere was pleasant overall."
