"About an hour later, we were seated at a spacious table for six, with unnecessary apologies from the hosts. Our waitress was excellent, providing attentive and prompt service. I ordered the Linguine Delmar, which was packed with shrimp, scallops, and whitefish in a tasty tomato sauce. Having already enjoyed several pieces of the delicious bread beforehand, I only managed to finish about a quarter of my meal and took the rest home for two additional meals this week. I highly recommend it.
My only minor complaint is that there was a bit too much house dressing on my salad, making it difficult for me to finish. I should have requested it on the side, but as I’m still getting used to dining out again, it didn’t occur to me. The greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers were all fresh and tasty; I simply found the dressing overwhelming. However, this is a very small issue considering the overall wonderful experience.
Both the service and atmosphere were excellent, allowing us to converse freely and catch up with the two friends we don’t see regularly. It was a fantastic evening, thanks to the amazing food and exceptional service."
