"Luigis was the worst part of my Friday and that says a lot. Today they offer a buy one to get a free offer for selected entrees. When ordering online for delivery, online checkout did not apply for the discount. I called to see how the discount is applied and they informed me that they automatically add the free meal to my order. Of course, as I imagined from a place that looks like, they didn't give me the duck I just called to see how to get. I called back when the food came too late for 45 minutes and the same woman I spoke with tried to tell me that I heard it wrong. She said there was nothing she would do. I understand the food was free, but because Luigi said we had it, we didn't order another meal and one of us must go without lunch. Terrible service, sup-par food, and hardly can even be considered traditional."
