"What happened to this place? We placed our order at 9:49 and didn’t get our food until 10:30 and this was with me following up twice. I had 2 hungry toddlers wanting their waffles. It wasn’t packed so I am baffled by the delay. And when the food was ready, the second waffle was missing. There was no acknowledgment or apology from management. My monte cristo croffle was awful. It was burnt and you could hardly taste the one slice of cheese and one slice of turkey that was sandwiched between a terrible croissant. Also the butter croissants on their own are awful. Costco has better croissants. This is a french bakery, how do you have terrible croissants? Save your money and go to the Panera for breakfast. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"
