"Upon entering, we seated ourselves and were greeted by the waiter, who informed us, “We close in 15 minutes.” We were taken aback and apologized, explaining that we had checked online and saw that the restaurant was open until 8. He replied, “No, we actually close at 3 now.”
At that point, my husband and I had already placed our drink orders. The waiter continued, “I’m not sure what they’ll even be able to prepare for you in the kitchen, but if you’d like to leave now, your drinks can be complimentary.”
We couldn't believe the lack of customer service, especially on a night that was supposed to be special for us."
