Thankfully, that’s not the case at Gordon Biersch, where both the food and beer are exceptional. The upstairs area is perfect for large groups, but be sure to make a reservation in advance. The downstairs bar tends to get quite busy, especially following Giants games, creating a lively atmosphere to catch a game on their HDTVs while enjoying a beer. Parking is surprisingly manageable, given its proximity to AT&T Park, as it's just a few blocks away, making it impractical to walk all the way to the ballpark."
